Edit: Update 12/10/23
I've ordered several times from this location since the original review and while initially I had hoped they made progress, we are right back to again not delivering sauce cups with deliveries.
At this point it's making me feel like it's unlikely that it is just poor training and that it is a business decision. In which case if this is a business decision to not deliver a part of what you claim you're going to deliver that's a crime, that is theft from your customers and you should no longer be in business.
This is absolutely asinine for businesses to operate this way. I had hopes for you Marcos, but I no longer do. Whoever is managing this location or owns this location should no longer be in charge of either because you clearly cannot perform the basic business functions of a pizza delivery place.
If I could give you zero stars across the board I would nobody should patronize this place if this is the way you're going to operate.
I've ordered for Marco's in Glen crossing twice in the last week. On both occasions side sauce cups were ordered and neither time were any delivered.
While Marco's Pizza may be good and historically I've had good service I cannot in good conscious recommend a place that doesn't take the 30 seconds to check the ticket to make sure everything is being delivered.
Marco's does not make any delivered in a certain amount of time guarantee so there's no reason to not check the orders to make sure they're correct.
It is pure laziness and lack of training/follow through on management's...

Dear Marco’s Team, 9-8-2025
I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, and Marco’s has always been my go-to whenever I didn’t feel like cooking. Your pizzas were always perfect — juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right with that balance of softness and a little crunch.
Unfortunately, my recent experience was the complete opposite of what I’ve come to expect from Marco’s. The pizzas were burnt, hard, and dry — so dark they were nearly the same color as the box. They tasted burnt, and honestly, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with Marco’s.
It feels like the quality and care that used to set Marco’s apart are slipping. It’s as if the people making the food now don’t care about the performance, the product, or the reputation of Marco’s — only the paycheck. That’s not what Marco’s used to be about.
I’ve always loved and trusted Marco’s, but this experience left me questioning if I’ll return unless I can be reassured that the store is still committed to the high-quality standards I know Marco’s can deliver.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issue with the team. I’d love to continue being a loyal customer, but the quality has to return to what Marco’s...

And it really doesn't take much; eye contact, a proper greeting when a customer enters your store, a "how can I help you/what can we get you today/(anything other than silence and looking around while you wait for me to start talking). It was really absurd . . . I almost walked out . . . When I came back 20 minutes later to pick up my food it was a different guy but the same demeanor. Eye contact with no greeting, very low energy . . . We stood there for a moment then he finally said "pick up?" I replied with "yes, pick-up". he handed me my order and said NOTHING . . . I am not exaggerating . . . Out of habit I said "thank you" to him . . . No response to that either. I turned to leave then came back and asked for plates and napkins. He handed me those, again, no words. It was my first and last order with them. Also, just realized that their menu board said $18.99 for the XL pepperoni magnifico but I was charged $21.99 . . . And I know tax is not $3, so I'll be back up there tomorrow to figure out what's going on with that.
Other than that, for a Saturday at 7:30p, the food was hot, delicious...
