The service is far better than they used to be. But today I waited to place my order for 10 minutes because of an unknown reason. The cashier took everybody order in front of me walked away from the register and never returned. She left me standing there for 10 minutes. I was watching the clock in the restaurant. She kept doing other stuff like cleaning, making coffee, taking the trash out, and making orders for a different cash register. All while I was standing there and she kept looking at me but never returned to the register to take my order. I had to get in another line to get my order taken. A lady who appeared to be a manager based on the fact she was not wearing the same uniform as the other workers, (she was a tall African American lady with a blue shirt on if I'm not mistaken).
She asked me what I was waiting on and told me that I was standing there for a while. I said the whole time you was watching me standing there I was waiting to get my order taken and I told her I just got my order taken two to three minutes before she said something to me. The customer behind me said you should get your meal for free I said no I paid for my meal (I have the receipt). And the lady said next time I come in the she will take care of me. Also another lady who appeared to be a manager gave me two pies for free. I'm hoping that somebody looks at the camera to confirm this. I tried to get the lady name but she was not wearing a name badge. It would have only taken her 60 seconds to take my order then she could have done all the cleaning in the world. I just felt like it was rude and disrespectful to just leave me standing at the register like that and keep looking at me as if she don't see me standing there.
On another note they have this rule that they do not serve kids after 9 o'clock. As much as I like tbat rule it is a good thing but also a so good thing. It's good in the fact that the neighboring school starts at 9 o'clock and it's a way for kids to not hang out at McDonald's like they did in the past but at the same time Juniors and Seniors may not have to be at school until 10, 11, or 12 o'clock because they have all the classes they need due to the fact that you can earn high school credits as a 7th and 8th grader. So they may not have to be at school as early as the other kids because they don't have a first, second, or third bell. I know when I was a senior in high school it was a similar situation. I only had four bells so I got out of school at lunchtime. But I'm glad I know they have this rule so I won't be depending on my son to be able to eat there and he end up not being able to eat. I think they should post up something stating this so that...
Read moreVery disappointed with this store last week. I normally have excellent customer experience at this location. However I went through the drive thru 10/19/2022 @ 7:05 A.M. my order #61. I ordered a large coffee and sausage mcgriddle plain. The MANAGER bagged and passed out my order. So I assumed it was correct and drove to work. Arrived at work early to eat my breakfast and realized I received a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. I don't like bagels and I hate eggs, so I was not pleased. So I asked my boss if I could leave to have my breakfast exchanged. She allowed me to go. So I pulled into the lot and drive thru was wrapped. So I parked my car and went inside. Their was an elderly lady inside complaining about her biscuit being hard as a rock. The front cashier shook her head no and said " That biscuit isn't hard". (CALLING THE CUSTOMER A LIAR) Was what the customer took it as. The elderly lady spoke louder (not screaming). Because the cashier upset her by telling her no. That biscuit ain't hard. ( The customers food should have just been replaced. Their not the food police) . What happened to great customer service? The manager was loud and said " why you yelling for?". The elderly lady said "I'm not yelling I'm just upset because she just called me a liar". The MANAGER said " then why you getting loud for?" You wanna get thrown out?" It's too early to to be getting thrown out!" You want me to call the police?" The manager then said " no my employee didn't say that to you". ( THE MANAGER AT THIS POINT WAS ONCE AGAIN...CALLING THE ELDERLY LADY A LIAR). I witnessed this all go down. The front cashier indeed told the elderly lady that her biscuit wasn't hard. The ELDERLY lady was so mad (& rightfully so) that she pushed her food off the counter and into the floor and told the manager to call the F-in cops she didn't care......this was so uncalled for! The manager provoked the situation. The team should have just replaced her food and none of this would have happened. How dare you treat an elderly person đ¤ this way. You treat people with kindness. God doesn't like ugly. This McDonald's should be ashamed!!! I don't know the elderly lady but I am her voice. If she was my family I would be having someone fired from her position. I'm still shocked to what I witnessed. I want the owner of this establishment to know how the employees treat their customers! To make matters worse at lunch I went back at 11:48 am order #78 my food was cold and order was wrong again. I took your survey and called the customer service line to file a complaint for what I witnessed. I personally will not be giving this restaurant my service...
Read moreThis is one of the most hilarious places I've ever been to. You gotta be black to work there. You won't see anything but black's over there. I think I saw a Spanish lady once, but she's gotta be a relative of one of the black guys that work in that place. Believe me guys, you gotta be black in order to work there. I've been a cashier in many other restaurants, plus listen to this, I told the interviewer I worked for McDonald's in the past as a field technician fixing and installing new, of their PAR SYSTEM Equipment. I was the perfect candidate. But there was something wrong with me, my skin was not dark enough. Why do I say this? Because I was told to bring 2 pieces of ID, just in case I get hired on the spot, this lady told me she set up another interview with her boss, so the next day, she came up instead of her boss, and told me her boss told her I did not qualify for that job, and i said what?? What do you mean I don't qualify? Guys, what do you need to qualify for McDonald's? NOTHING. And the funniest part was that she said her boss told her I do not qualify for the position without interviewing me, she didn't even talk to me, but guess what, I'm Spanish. Because she said, we are going in another direction, in what direction I asked her. She...
