I wouldn't even give them a single star if that were an option. At first I called because the driver forgot to hand me my drinks. I asked if she could be contacted to bring them to me (this part went just fine, and the driver was very kind even though she had to turn around for me). My roommate took a bite out of a breadstick and it was doughy and chewy, so he asked me to check if it was raw. It was, so I checked my two pizzas as well and found out they were raw too. I was still on the phone, so I asked if the driver could take back my order to the store and have a new one made. The girl on the phone asked her manager, and he told her 'no, the pizzas were cooked because they went through the oven, and there is no way they are raw'. Rather than getting on the phone with me himself, he made her tell me this. I explained again that the pizzas are raw and doughy, that we didn't want to keep them, we just wanted cooked food. Again, he made her tell me 'no', this time because "they were too busy to remake the food". This is ridiculous and unacceptable on every level - I am a paying customer, and I understand that mistakes can happen, but the fact that the manager would not correct the mistake and didn't have a valid reason for that is appalling. The fact that he made an employee communicate these idiotic "reasons" rather than getting on the phone and telling me himself is also not in any way okay. He knew I was angry, I heard her tell him so, and she was clearly uncomfortable talking to me when I was upset. And I do not blame her in the slightest for that - I blame the manager. The driver was perfectly willing to take the pizzas back to be remade and then bring us cooked ones, and the person answering the phone was polite and was trying her best to help me. But rather than actually doing his job, he made this girl tell me that they wouldn't remake the pizzas and that there wasn't anything else she could do besides refund my...
Read moreI order from them all the time and I normally have very good customer service, NO MATTER WHAT! Although after tonight, I cannot say the same. I ordered for delivery and notice one of my toppings were missing so like anyone would, I called and tried to make someone aware of the situation... the first call soon as I end my sentence just hangs up. I’m a manager in customer service myself, so I also try to give the benefit of the doubt maybe the call drop... whatever. I call again, the second time I call back and asked for a manager and I get place on hold and nobody ever comes to pick up the phone. While that phone sits on hold.. I use a different phone, different number... same guy from both calls. So first I start with telling him how rude he was the first 2 times I called and so now here comes back his attitude. He trying to be very passive aggressive and speed talk and asked if I was sure about what I ordered... after telling him multiple times I have my receipt and the receipt on the box says EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED. Click and I hear papa johns music playing again for the SECOND TIME. Each time was very UNPROFESSIONAL, AGGRESSIVE, LOUD, RUDE & a straight A**HOLE, (very sorry to say but I’ve never experienced such bad customer service...

I asked the Indian man for boneless chicken he told me I had two options I asked why I couldn’t get them regular he didn’t know what he was talking about. Long story short I did not get what I wanted. I had to call store 3x kept getting the same girl who continued to place me on hold because “computer were down” they couldn’t take or see any orders. After she took me off hold for the 3rd time she said her manager wasn’t there and to call back again in 15 minutes. I WILL MEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR AT THIS LOCATION OR PAPA JOHNS PERIOD. This was also the worst papa John’s pizza I ever had. I always shop with the store in Newport, Ky in southgate I never had a problem quality of food and customer service outstanding.
