Our asked our grandson (he's 8) where he wanted to eat dinner, he immediately responded El Vaquero. We sat outside, the server came to our table and out grandson said "chips and salsa, plus Trio Dip please". The Trio was a great way to start plus our entrees we're excellent. Amazing food and stellar service. My partner and I got in toward closing after a very long day and they still seated us and let us put in a food order. Their house made hot sauces are incredible and the enchilada I got was one of the best I’ve ever had. My partner got the birria tacos and the consume they came with came very authentic and rich with pieces of meat in it which was delicious.
