Cincy Steak and Lemonade — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Went there yesterday and the food was soo disappointing. Garlic bread way too soft , chicken was cooked in old grease. Teriyaki chicken sandwich was soggy after asking and calling for it to be well done. I invited family to check it out and we all were not satisfied. I’d never hype up this restaurant again 😭 oh and you can tell they dropped the fries over again and put old fries with new ones. Trash.. update went to give them another try and disappointed again. They cooked my fries and cheese stick well before my chicken was done. Ask for special instructions which was extremely easy(stuff on side of sandwich )and they didn’t do it. And the had the right to be irritated when I asked a question. But who in the right mind makes fries 15 mins before chicken is even begun to cook 🤦🏽‍♂️I’ll stick to hooks and fish. I’ve only been here twice & both times were disappointing. I came here about 3 years ago & the customer service was so bad that I felt uncomfortable & never wanted to come back. We ate inside & the guy that took our order was really rude & made us not even want to stay & eat. My boyfriend used to eat here as a teenager & he talked me into going back to try it again. We placed an order for 2 Philly combos & the guy said it would be 10 minutes. We waited for 28. There was barely ANY meat on the sandwiches it was mostly cheese & Mayo & they also forgot the mushrooms. Preface to say I took these pics after I already finished half because it was too good... Came here about 2 weeks ago. Got pizza puffs, gyro, cheeseburger, and Philly sandwich with chicken and steak mix. Loved every bit. My toddlers devoured the pizza puffs. My husband had the gyro, it was packed with meat. I had the Philly, and the meat was so tender. The whole sandwich was dripping and messy, which is a good thing. The best tasting food I've had is when it's messy food. I only would've preferred more lettuce on it, but it jad a lot of flavor. And I had cheese on my fries. The fries have seasoning on them, and they put PLENTY of cheese. 99% of my rating is on the food because I picked it up to go home, and it was all still warm...
