Apparently they double sold our tickets so the usher was trying to find 3 chairs and a spot to literally squeeze us in. Took forever for a supervisor to come and than she said she couldn't help since I was already frustrated (No foul language or anything like that used.) As we was making our way to ticket counter to talk to another supervisor a different usher put us in some seats behind titantron area and said watch the rest the show and than take care of it. 45mins of show lost and over an hour on my feet which is a tall task because of my disability. They should be ashamed of the concessions here. Gave me both a cold soft pretzel and a cold cup of cheese. Cold as in it felt like both came out of the refrigerator. Went there for my granddaughter's graduation. Everything was awful from the traffic to the walking and the getting out at the end. Only had two doors open to exit and it was a mess.
