The worst cashier at Starbucks who may spoil your coffee joy or a day!))

I've had some unpleasant experiences with a particular cashier with glasses at this Starbucks location every time, and unfortunately, my latest encounter was the worst. When I requested an 'espresso ice shake with soy milk,' she responded with a contemptuous look and asked with an eye roll, 'What's that?' I tried to explain that it was a drink with a similar name, but her unhelpful attitude made me feel uncomfortable. Luckily, another barista intervened and clarified that what I wanted was an 'ice shaken espresso.'

To make matters worse, the cashier then began gossiping about me in front of me while I was still standing at the counter. It was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome.

Another issue I face with this particular staff member was her impatience when I ask her to repeat or clarify something, even though I understand that accents can be challenging to understand. Additionally, I found it ironic that she was critical of my Asian accent when her own African-American accent was not always easy to comprehend.

Overall, I was disappointed with the poor customer service and rude behavior displayed by this staff member. I hope that Starbucks can provide better training and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and kindness, regardless of their accent or background. This particular staff member may spoil your coffee...
