The Subway in MSB in the UC building. As I walked up the the location, no employee were seen. As I waited for a minute or two. One of the employee approach the front he doesn't speak or acknowledge me. He process to grab the online orders 2 receipts and start to make them. Still hasn't spoken to me. Then another receipt prints (online order) he process to make the third order. Like I wasn't standing there. He could have helped me first ( I was standing in front of him,versus the online orders). People who order online aren't expecting it to be completed in two seconds. It was infuriating. Do better. Greet the customer, help the customer....

Every time I go to this Subway on Albert Sabin Way, service is EXCELLENT & PROFESSIONAL! I have been going to this location for the past two years and every time I go the staff is friendly and keeps a quick pace and my sandwich is always made perfectly and ingredients are fresh.
