I used to genuinely enjoy visiting this location. When I first moved to the area, I was deeply impressed by the service and quality. My favorite employees were Damario, who could come up with wonderful sandwich recommendations that could keep things feeling fresh, and Keyaira, whose creations were usually better looking than the pictures. They are long gone thanks to a change in ownership that has resulted in a revolving door of employees who are typically understaffed, overworked, and inexperienced.
To make things worse, the soda fountain has been broken for approximately one year at the time of writing. The Men's Restroom has had an "Out of Order" sign taped to the door for several weeks. And worst of all, when customers complain, it falls on the shoulders of the employees who don't have the power to fix these things. This Subway is in a fine location, and was once one of the best places to grab some grub without breaking the bank.
At this point, don't bother. You'll be consuming freezer burnt vegetables with sandwiches that must be accompanied by overpriced bottle beverages. And heaven help you if you must use...
Read moreI had a weird experience recently, too keep it short i was charged twice . . one through the app I was unaware of the other I went in and purchased I'm okay with that cause I got my food it should have been a simple enough fix but it wasn't I contacted support they reached out a few days later I told them the situation paid for something i did not receive as i went in so i didn't need the online order .. the lady said she would send me a check i texted her my info and she said she would reach out to the store which I didn't mind. .the strange thing is after providing her my name,address,and the details a few hours later she sends me an email saying sorry we couldn't reach you contact your bank and do a chargeback. . .it was so baffling and strange she asked all this info of me than emails me later to say she couldn't reach me . . so all i can do is leave the store a 1 star and never frequent subway again.

Upon pulling my sandwich out of the bag, my hand was covered I grease that had soaked through the wrapper. Their were about 8 pieces of soggy, barely warm bacon on my 6in sandwich. It didn’t even look like anyone tried to put the sandwich together.
