This was absolutely my worst experience at ANY fast food service industry in my life. I places my order at 1:00am…then saw that it said ready 3:30am. I thought that clearly had to be a mistake as i only ordered a fountain drink, nacho fries, and a soft taco. I pulled into the drive thru line at 1:45, and waited for 45 minutes. While I waited to get to the speaker, there was a homeless man with a metal shovel approaching people, their cars, and the building threatening them as the workers just watched and some recorded and laughed. I had to call the police 2 times, and the dispatcher informed me multiple customers have called as well. As I got to the speaker one voice fretted me immediately, asked what they could get me an sI told them I had a mobile order and my name. He said okay, and to pull around (yet I couldn’t due to the car traffic in front of me) another voice came on the speaker asking the same question, to which i responded I had a mobile order. They again said okay and to pull forward. Once I got to the window I was greeted by a lady who informed me that it was my fault, I’m early, and I needed to sit and wait in the parking lot if I wanted my food. I informed her there was a man threatening me and others with a metal shovel and she shut the window in my face. I ended up calling the store to complain, as I had to leave without my food and the lady who picked up the phone (claimed she was a manger but had no customer service skills/experience) told me the wait it so long due to “people like me who come an hour and a half early and mess everything up” and then she hung up on me. When I went to call back, the line said it was busy…come to find out she turned off the phones. 6 other people tried calling on different lines and they all said “busy” . This is the most unprofessional, disgusting, horrible, restaurant anyone could ever go to. The lack of humanity is absolutely disgusting, and their employees are NO better! Very disappointed as I worked in hospitality/service industry for many years and have NEVER experienced something so foul and...
Read moreThe best part was the food, which is good enough for me! I got a crunch wrap supreme and two doritos locos tacos. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the tacos were not soggy at all. Almost every time I've tried them at other locations, they've been soggy to the point that they rip apart when you pick them up.
Atmosphere was kinda concerning. Im not sure if it's just location or maybe just the other patrons specifically, but I didn't feel safe by any means and was very glad when we left with our take-out.
Service was absolutely horrible. You order on kiosks at this location and the workers call out your name when they have your order ready. I honestly didn't mind that part as I'm not a people person. However, there were a few people that wanted to order paying cash. You can only pay with card on the kiosks. There was one gentleman in particular that had been standing at the counter before we had even made it into the store. I assumed he had ordered and was waiting for his food until a female employee yelled at him, asking him if he "needed help or something." Keep in mind that he had been standing at the counter for at least 30 minutes at the point, and no one interacted with him even once before she yelled at him. He explained that he was waiting for someone to take his order since he would be paying with cash, and she proceeded to yell once more "Well next time, say something instead of just standing there."
I do not know this man, but her actions towards him even pissed me off. Completely unprofessional and just downright rude. I get that everyone has bad days, but treating people like they're scum beneath your feet when you're the one that was failing to do your job in the first place? Disgusting.
This location is good enough if you want to pay with card at a kiosk and get take out, but I wouldn't recommend paying with cash unless you want to be ignored for a half hour and...
Read moreI honestly hate leaving bad reviews, especially this time since Taco Bell is my favorite fast food chain, but the orders at this location have been consistently terrible.
The Chalupa at this location is unlike anything I've ever had. It's like they don't know how to make the shell, which is the whole point. The texture of theirs is so flat and crispy it might as well be a crunchy taco. I've wondered for a while if it's just flatbread that's overcooked. The cinnamon twists always have these really hard bits that are impossible to chew, kind of like when brown sugar gets really hard and stuck together in clumps. I can't eat half of the twists because they won't break apart enough to do so.
They're always forgetting things, and it isn't just one or two items. When my friend and I order from there together, they're forgetting most of his order and a couple items from mine, or they're putting ingredients on that we've asked them to remove. It's not like we're ordering an impossible amount or too many different things either. I once ordered one of their taco party boxes and they gave us half of what it was supposed to be.
My brother is allergic to tomatoes and if a couple accidentally fall on his taco from other food being made, we can pick them off/cut around it and it's fine for the most part, but they put tomatoes on his crunchwrap like normal and he wasn't able to eat it at all.
I'm done hoping next time will be better. My friends and I are not eating at this location again. They've messed up our orders so much that the app won't give any more refunds or anything. Maybe instead of thinking people are trying to get free things, look into this location and teach your staff how to do the jobs you want them to do, and do your job...
