Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Cinnaminson Township

I frequent this location often with no problems- that is until this week on 10/27 order #79 at 4:32 pm when I ordered four drinks to satisfy my urge and the request from my kids for slushes with popping bubbles!! I got all the way home (a good 15-20 min away) and my daughter realized that her drink didn’t have any bubbles in it. (I know Not in the top ten things to make CNN news but it iI’m what matters to light up a 12 year olds face). With her listening I called the store to inform them that one of the drinks in the order was wrong. This is where I think I would have gotten better customer service at MCDonalds. The young girl never apologized. To go a step further she said there is nothing they could do on their end!! What do u mean nothing you can do on ur end?! YOU took my money and YOU made the drink incorrectly. She said well we can give u back the $.59 when you come in. Bubble tea is great and the manager is great, when he is there. We made our trip specifically to use the coupon before it expired. But when there was an issue with the app and placing the order (even though we arrived well before closing - and placed the order within the app limits that were stated) and a coupon could have been applied, the workers would not properly update our order even though it was clear the app was at fault, and not us. Workers need to have the ability to input the coupon manually, and attitude could have been better in response to the issue. Maybe credit for a future purchase could...

We have enjoyed visiting Kung Fu Tea since this location opened. The tea is very good, and my family loves the onigiri. We are discovering, though, that the onigiri has been getting smaller. The wraps no longer seem full. We understand they don't sell many and have to make a profit, but we would rather them raise their prices a little than pack them with smaller amounts of rice.
