Cousin's Burger — Restaurant in Cinnaminson Township

Look, Cousin's Burger is in a Pilot Travel Center. I wasn't expecting gourmet, but the 4.7 stars intrigued me. I was craving Nashville Hot Chicken, so I went for it. The sandwich I got was...decent. The chicken was crispy and juicy, no complaints there. The breading had a nice texture, and the pickles were good and crunchy. However, the sauce, while flavorful, was nowhere near Nashville Hot. It had a little bit of a kick, but it was more of a mild, tangy sauce than anything that would set your mouth on fire. Honestly, I was a little disappointed. I wanted the burn, and it just wasn't there. The bun was also just okay, nothing special. And like my previous visit, it was a tad greasy. It soaked through the paper wrapper pretty quickly. So, overall, it was a solid chicken sandwich. Good chicken, good texture, decent flavor. But if you're looking for authentic Nashville Hot, this isn't it. It's more like "Nashville Warm" at best. Would I order again? Maybe. If I was really hungry and passing by, I'd consider it. But if I'm specifically craving Nashville Hot, I'll go somewhere else. I’m so disappointed about this visit. Everything went so well when I originally ordered here - food immaculate to be inside of a gas station 👌🏾 I literally ate here 3 days in a row the food was so good. My husband loves the smash burgers - I loved the wings until I ordered the other day and got these 🙄.. WHY THE HELL ARE YOU SELLING CHICKEN WITH FEATHERS ON IT!!!! Would you eat this??? This literally pissed me off. One thing I hate, are places that cook chicken with feathers still on them!! Are yall serious rn??? I literally threw up because this is so nasty.. I enjoyed the other 6 wings until I got to the bottom and saw these. Overall, the food here is good - service is nice - I actually met the owner during a previous visit I had.. We’ve tried the burger, spicy chicken sandwich, wings, fries and got the fritters for our toddler.. After seeing these wings I could never eat from here...

Im the guy that gives new places one chance and one chance only. This place will get a second chance. The staff were super nice and friendly. Seemed to actually want you to come back because they want you to enjoy being here aw well as the food instead of just wanting your money and caring less as long as you paid. I got something simple that typically judges how you cate for your other menu items such as the buffalo wings. Damn they were hot but good af. You ever had something so spicy but so good that you dont care your mouth is on fire??? (Only goes right with ranch 😌) The fries were good although it seemed as if they made them first and waited on the wings but still good and crispy. 4.5 if i could get those milkshakes a bit thicker and hotter fries.
