Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cinnaminson Township

Honestly, I don’t want to give this store any stars. So, I spent $44.99 on 2 large pizzas, suppose to be garlic wings, and a 2 liter soda. The pizza was cold, we had to warm it up in the microwave. The wings weren’t really wings. They were suppose to be the size of party wings - it was half that size, not even! All the boxes that the food came in would not let me close it back up like you would normally do when you order pizza. The boxes were straight. I kept trying to fold it on the dotted lines - it wasn’t working. I usually order from this particular store, but for some reason it wasn’t our usual today. Everything was wrong. Besides the wings being very very tiny, it was hardly any meat on the bones, it was mostly fat and the meat was still red which means it wasn’t cooked all the way. This is crazy and I always tip the driver even though it’s not their fault the food was a waste of money. I guess I won’t be ordering from this particular store for a long time. Shot out to the delivery driver - you delivered the food in a speedy manor and you were nice. I hope whoever cooked the food can learn from this to make the food much more pleasing. And hopefully, you guys won’t get another bad...

I have had good experiences at this location in the past but my last visit was disappointing. There was a longer than usual wait time so I took my son's food shopping at the the ShopRite across the street. Just as we were leaving to pick up the pizza I received a call from Dominos. They ran out of ingredients for the pizza we ordered. They should have told me right after I ordered not right before it was supposed to be ready. I ordered a replacement and went to the Dominos parking lot. I watched the website and saw that the timer indicated that it was going to be longer than I wanted to wait. I went in and asked for a refund and for them to cancel my order. The gentleman that helped me never once said they were sorry and fumbled thorough the return until he asked the manager to come and help. There funny thing is I ordered from a different Dominos on Lenola Road. They had the pizza I ordered ready by the time I pulled up to their parking lot. I ordered from the app, chose Garlic Parmesan Sauce instead of Tomato Sauce. This is what I got. I thought I made a mistake while ordering it, and I checked the app to reorder (I was really craving for pizza). I submitted another order with same pizza, and double even triple checking if I clicked on the Garlic Parmesan option and yes I did. Then after a few minutes, I’m checking the app again while it was in Quality Check process, and saw that it doesn’t say Garlic Parmesan. Then I’m calling the store in a rush for asking the reason if there’s a problem with app or what. They responded ‘BECAUSE WE’RE OUT OF GARLIC PARMESAN’. ?????????????? Okayyyyy totally understandable you could just give me a call and tell me that you don’t have garlic parmesan sauce instead of sending me an EMPTY pizza that tastes gross. They were almost sending me that gross empty pizza again....
