Nick's Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Cinnaminson Township

We've always loved the food here, but tonight my husband ordered a pizza turnover. After 15 minutes, he received an overcooked pizza turnover, that upon further examination, was pretty burnt on the bottom. We took it up to the counter to return it, and my husband was just going to eat the other half of my sandwich because we needed to get back to painting. They offered to make him a new one but he declined. They offered profusely to make him something else, so he asked for cheese fries because it would be quick. But still no refund, so we are down about $4. When you burn something, you should never bring it to the customer. And if you do, you should offer a new one OR a refund. I wish I was exaggerating, but this is about the 5th or 6th time this has happened. I order almost always just CREAM cheese jalapeño poppers from there, because when I actually get them they’re good. But these last times I received regular cheddar cheese poppers, which wasn’t what I asked for. Nor was I noticed ANY time that they were out or anything. So of course I don’t realize until I get home, which is not close by. So it would be a waste of time and gas to bring them back. 2 stars because of the garlic knots (even though we weren't given marinara sauce w/ them when they specifically asked if we wanted it). The pizza was probably the worst pizza me and my boyfriend have ever had. Crust was almost so hard that we couldn't bite into it. bottom of the pizza was burnt. No flavor. I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt and say that maybe this was just a mess-up, but when you're spending $30 on a pizza and an order of fries (garlic knots were ordered a different time) it's not worth the money.
