Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Cinnaminson Township

I have been going to this Rita's since 2011, and I use to love them, until recently. I asked for Juicy Pear with Mango, and was given black cherry with mango. The girl at the stand kept saying I did give you juicy pear. I asked for her manager name and #. I sent the MGR a picture of the two Ices i purchased and she called me back. As I explained my issue, she cut me off and said, she is a nurse and she is on her break so i need to get to the point. I was flabbergasted at such rudeness. I had 4 other passengers that heard her on speaker phone, and couldn't believe her response. The story goes on, but I'll stop here. Lets just say that the OWNERS should have a talk with them. They just lost 5 customers, including myself.Even though she offered a free Icey, I didn't appreciate the way it was handled. I would go to Rita's literally everyday after work. We wont be patronizing that location...

Always good and good customer service from the young folks working there, however they were completely out of choc & vanilla custard due to broken machine. That meas that none of the three things I like to order were available. Other customers had that horribly disappointed look on their faces, too.

I bought some vanilla gelato at ShopRite to go with my quart of cherry and rootbeer Italian ice to make my own gelati at home.

If the custard machine is down, especially on a 90+ degree humid day, I would thing that would call for an emergency repairman. Maybe they were waiting for him to show up - I dunno. I made the best of it at home, and it was good. Now I am ill from eating too...

Hi, This was actually yummy however I was supposed to originally get the cotton candy water ice instead of blue raspberry water ice however I’m still giving five stars as it was delicious and the service impeccable. This was the Gelati with edible sprinkles indeed as photo on the side advertisement of the building. Although I did not ordered blue raspberry and that there was an honest mix up however hopefully next time I’ll be able to get the cotton candy water ice which is a lighter blue color and not blue raspberry. Thank Thank you, Truly literally once again super yummy I ate it all and didn’t save any. God Bless...
