I'm still waiting for my hot wings which was ordered over two hours ago. I called the This local Domino establishment. The associate who represented Domino's and the way they do business discussed the situation with me over the phone.
My girlfriend went to go pick up the food ordered on Domino's app. They were a couple computer glitches and from me ordering hot wings, a house salad with Caesars dressing, and a hand tossed pizza. Instead I received two salads with two ranches dressings and a pan made pizza. I called back and the associate instructed me that the wings weren't ordered. I asked why you didn't offer to make them for her?
Since my girlfriend asked how long would it take. The associate responded stating it would take 10 min and my girlfriend was disappointed and said nevermind.
My girlfriend returned and informed me of the issue. I called to sell a resolution to this matter, since of a glich ordered from my phone. The associate didn't offer my girlfriend to just swap out the salad for the wings and deliver it because it was ordered from Amazon, but since the app has a glich it started I ordered two salads with two dressings even though I verified my order before hitting proceeding with purchase and completing my order.
In addition I wasn't successful on using my Domino's Giftcard for the purchase and was charged to my credit card on file. Very displeased with Domino's and their operations.
I called back and spoke with the manager and found out that I'm out of the delivery range even though Iorderly a few min away not more than a straight drive down the street. I reassured me as another representative for Domino's that he won't deliver but I could come pick up the wings even after escalating this matter to corporate. 3 and a half hours after placing the order, which ruined the whole Super Bowl LIII for me and my girlfriend, besides having the Rams lose by a missed kick. It just shows it wasn't a kickers game for both sides... Lol
I just verified that this store does deliver in my area but my address isn't in their system but the Mexican food on the corner they...
Read moreI don't typically eat Dominos Pizza, but god do I love their sandwiches. I live two intersections from this location, and called to order a delivery on a Monday afternoon. I was answered by a "Willy", who immediatelly asked if I could hold. I'm a patient customer and understand that retail gets hectic. I let him know to take his time and that I was in no rush.
When Willy got back to me after a few minutes, I told him I'd like to order a delivery. His immediate response was that I would have to call back from a phone number that was not listed as private for "security" reasons.
This was a slap to the face. I order food from pizzarias all the time, including Dominos. My phone number is listed as private, and no business has ever mentioned that or made an issue of it. I offered to give then my phone number, and he said "no". I even explained to Willy that I don't have a landline, my only phone is my cellphone, which shows as restricted. He didn't even answer. Just waited in silence for a few seconds until I told him "I understand, good night, thank you" and hung up.
I then called Mark and Monica's instead, who promptly picked up, simply asked me for my number, and proceeded as normal.
What the hell kind of business is this that refuses to offer service to someone who's phone number pops up as private?

If I could give zero stars, I would. I use the online ordering method for delivery and the tracker had told me that my pizza was out of the oven for almost an hour. Being annoyed about the time delay and concerned about receiving a pizza, that according to their online tracker, had been ready and sitting at the restaurant for an hour I asked my husband to call the store to check the status. The conversation quickly turned from meh to downright horrible when my husbands complaint was passed to the wannabe general manager Jameeo. After explaining the issue, Jameeo decided to outright tell us that he would in fact NOT remake our now hour old and probably cold pizzas. He then proceeded to hang up on my husband after telling him that the day has been rough on him and his employees.
My husband called back and asked for the name of the manager so he could complain formally and that information was denied to him. the conversation escalated into an all out yelling match between the two before I took the phone and handle the situation.
