What a joke!! Not only do they charge you sales tax twice. One for the normal total the they charge you sales tax again for the gratuity.
Let’s start where they waitress dropped two sodas on my sons head all over his clothes and didn’t once try to help clean up or get us napkins even!! She said sorry I’m not good at the tray. Not even omg I’m so sorry let me help or let me get you something to clean your baby up with!! No manager came out to ask if everyone was ok or check on my son. They never offered to comp anything like everywhere else does when they drop soda all over a child!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also we had to wait over an hour for our food to come out we never got checked on or asked if we wanted or needed anything else.
It’s very over priced for what you get. $15 for a plan not good ceaser salad is crazy. I could have went and bought a store made one and it would have been better for $4 that would have had chicken on it too. The servings for the price is three bites and you’re done. The pastas are no joke a couple bites and anywhere from $28-$33.
I don’t know how this place is making it. To charge someone two different sales tax and not even offer an apology for dropping two sodas on my babies head and clothes is insane to me. Where is the manners or respect.
Definitely not returning. No one in our group was happy with how my son was treated. To not even get a simple I’m sorry is ridiculous and...
Read moreDarling Hidden Gem of a restaurant located in a nondescript area of a small strip mall. We enjoyed being seated and then handed the menus as it seems this is a dying art in the fine dining industry , and we were pleasantly surprised and delighted, as the staff here is amazing and well-trained in service. We started off with one of the most delicious starters I have had all year. Ricotta gnocchi, super soft little pillows of dough blanketed in the most creamy delectable sauce I have had in my life.. if I could have had this for my main dish I would have ordered it again unfortunately I had already decided on my main dish of Tagliatella. My pasta dish was ok. Hard to beat the amazingness of the gnocchi, it was a simple dish nice thick fettuccine type noodles in a meat sauce that's it. My husband had a beautiful piece of salmon served on top of cauliflower. It was herb crusted with the house made pesto that my husband said was one of the best salmon dishes he's had in quite a while. The service here was Stellar our server was not only friendly but very Adept in service and guided us through the menu and made our experience extremely pleasurable. They have a nice craft cocktail menu as well as an extensive wine list my husband's favorite Scotch is served here which was nice. We look forward to returning...
Read moreI was SO excited to try this restaurant. I had heard many positive things. Went this week to celebrate my birthday. Before I get into the reasons I’m only giving it three stars, I want to say that I WILL go again and hopefully will have a better experience.
The ambience was wonderful and our waitress was VERY attentive and friendly. We both decided to order one of the specials. It was described as a pork shoulder steak with a sauce. It was compared to a ribeye steak. Unfortunately it was VERY tough and chewy. I’ve never complained about a meal but when the waitress checked in to see what we thought, we decided to tell her. She was very sweet and apologetic and insisted that we order something else. We ordered the chicken meatballs to share. Ugh. These were not really good as well. I expect meatballs to be a little crusty on the outside. I’m not sure if these were boiled or!? They were not browned at all and were served with a fairly tasteless white sauce. Perhaps we just didn’t order the “right” menu items? I see many happy customer reviews here. Overall, the food was sadly lackluster and I SO wanted it...
