As every American should be, I am disgusted that this has happened twice now that I have captured. The first time I saw this occurred, I immediately notified the management of the usage of proper flag edicute. First of all, the flag should be at least 1/4 the height of the flag pole.
After that, it took this McDonald's location years to finally buy a new flag that would be the correct size of flag to display our nation's colors.e
A few years later, when they got around to ordering a new flag, they flew the flag, not at the top of the flag pole.
This is THE most sacred item in the existence of our country. A flag should be flown at the highest point of the pole. Again, this is a very sacred and important symbol of our democracy.

Months have gone by now and are still being flown lower than should be and not at the proper height.
All my calls of concern fell on deaf ears, so this happens in a rain storm, of course, they flew the flag in a rainstorm, which is improper as well, and here's the results.

Read moreThis McDonalds has never given me great service after years of going here. Why do we go here then? Because it's a "quick" visit from the hospital during dinner. They are always out of stock with something, most of the time Dr. Pepper but most recently carbonation all together. Then most of the time the line is ridiculously long, and then half the time they get the order wrong. Most recently I ordered chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce. I looked the kid dead in the eye as I was handed my bag and asked him if the sauce was in there. He said yes, and I drove away. Halfway back to the hospital I checked and sure enough, no sauce. This is only the most recent encounter of many times where food has been missing, not correctly prepared, or mixed up all together with someone else's order. This is a huge inconvenience when you have a limited time to get to and from work and can't to go back to correct your order. Whenever you do go back, they try to play the blame game with each other and rarely mumble out an apology. Unfortunately we will more than likely be going back (location, location, location) and I guarantee we will be having issues till the end of time. Get to 2nd window and another young man says ohh you paid for the car behind you order. I said say what no pretty sure i paid for my order. He hands me a bag that isn't mine.
I hand it back and say how about you check to make sure this is my order. He says yeah ok. Then he tells me everything is in the right bag. I said tou sure. He confirms again. I drive around pretty sure its not. Sure enough one item was forgotten. I park go inside the kids behind the counter inside argue with me while the manager stands there. I get super frustrated. Repeat what i ordered. They chexk the bag and the manager walks over says here im so sorry. I said this is really ridiculous. Total bad experience.
I walk out the door attempt to eat the food ordered in the car with my family. The item ordered with no bun I asked for sauce on the side; sauce not received.
