Lam's Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in City of Albany

Ordered food from GrubHub and somehow the address I'm at gets mixed up (apparently there are two 124 Washington Avenues in Albany). Then someone from the restaurant calls me telling me they need to get their money back and how I put in the wrong address and I'm wasting their food. She yelling at me that she is going to call GrubHub to get her money back and in the middle of me talking to her she hangs up. So I call back, she starts yelling not to call her and that she needs to get her money back from GrubHub, again I attempt to talk to her trying to find out why she is so pissed at me about this and she starts pressing the buttons on her phone while I'm talking.

Terrible, terrible customer service. The food may be delicious though, but I'll never know. Haha

(UPDATE: The address I am at has a "EXT" after it, so my fault for not catching the difference between the two, but still poor customer service on this...

Was**(read edit below) Literally 1 of the only Chinese spots I eat from in Albany besides Rain on Lark and Sake on New Scotland. Beef and Broccoli, Sesame Chicken, Boneless Spare Rib tips are some of what I've had. All good, and the tea is smack!

Edit: Ordered 6/6/23 8:45pm- Was raving so much about this place, so I ordered for 4 of us. I ordered Beef and Broccoli Combo pork fried rice. NASTY! I was so hungry and wanted to eat the food sooo bad but my 5th bite in I keep tasting gooey texture in the rice and then got hit with a spoonful of cold food. Threw the whole thang away! UpSET! Something was telling me don't eat it something wrong. Bill was $40-down the drain....

I ordered the boneless spare ribs, I opened the food & tasted in sight of the cashier & cook. I told them it was upsetting and threw it out. I asked for a drink to compensate the money I wasted on the food. She rudely said "NO BECAUSE YOU THREW THE FOOD OUT IN FRONT OF ME!.. ..I'm like ok and?, you seen me taste it! What you was gone resell it?.. it was the lady that doesn't look Chinese works the register. Definitely recommend finding more suitable food before you waste your money there. The food also appears nothing like the images online fried rice looks like it's...
