I'm usually not one to complain and never had issues at this location during the daytime but what I experienced tonight (11:30pm) was completely ridiculous. I placed a mobile order on my way to work to be sure that I could grab and go without too much of a wait. Upon arriving, there were 4/5 cars in drive thru and then myself. After waiting 10 minutes and the line behind me getting longer I noticed that the person at the speaker had not even placed their order yet. My first thought was that they were short staffed and running a tad delayed. 10 minutes turned to 30 then to 45. It got to the point where I drove around the building to the window as I already paid and ordered via mobile app and the man inside did not acknowledge me or the car in front (they drove off after waiting God knows how long). I could see inside that he was only preparing the delivery vendor orders and did not seem to care about drive thru or mobile order customers. A simple acknowledgement would have sufficed to say the least but nope. I ended up driving off without my food even though it had already been paid for and now get to file a dispute claim with my bank to get my funds back.
If they were short staffed then maybe they should either turn off the ability to order via delivery vendor or turn off mobile ordering in the app so they don't get overwhelmed and customers don't waste their time or money on not receiving their food. And if they aren't able to staff sufficiently or handle being able to run the store in all aspects then maybe they should reevaluate having this store open 24 hours.

Read moreI have been to many McDonald's and most I give three stars but this one has to be the worst McDonald's I have been to the staff are usually rather rude and they never have anything on the menu available. They advertise that they have 24 hour breakfast and that they are open 24 hours. Going there even at 7 or 8 p.m. and asking for a breakfast sandwich is a problem not because they're on available but because they do not want to make them and will say that breakfast is not available even though the sign says right in front of you that they have 24 hour breakfast. This also being a 24-hour McDonald's I have been there at 2 a.m. and I knew someone must have been there because the car was in the parking lot and there were lights on inside but when you pulled up to the drive through an automated system said that the store was closed. I checked their website as well as Google and there was nothing about the store being closed. I went to the store the following day and asked to speak to a manager about this and they said that the store was open all night and that there must have been a problem with the drive-through machine. I explained I also went to the window and knocked on it and beeped and no one came to the window. This is the ultimate sign of unprofessionalism and I personally would never visit this...
Read moreI have been a patron of this particular McDonald’s and this franchisee for well over a decade now as I live in the local community/neighborhood. The employees are always friendly respectful and go above and beyond to help. They are always open and during highly busy times I am amazed at the quickness and the accuracy and the quality time after time, it is not a fluke experience this McDonald’s has been historically a cut far above other locations and other franchise owners by far. I can attest to this having worked at McDonald’s for well over 10+ years since I was 14 years old and have worked at over a dozen locations and have volunteered or been transferred back to some locations as many as 4 to 5 times. Currently though I have not been working for any McDonald’s in the past 4 years giving merit to my review and rest assured have been offered no due compensation whatsoever for it.
