Update 5-26-24 this place always has floppy bacon that needs to be cooked longer. Even if you ask for it crispy it still comes out floppy...............I went here today for brunch. Was a bit hesitant because we where the only ones eating here. They have ample parking which was nice. Kostas parking lot looked packed in comparison. Then you had this restaurant with no cars in sight. Was pleasantly surprised with this place though. The restaurant appeared pretty clean inside and looked bigger on the interior than the exterior.I ordered the sausage gravy over biscuits and home fries with a side of bacon. The food came out in a timely manner. The portion size was decent. The food was hot when it came out and tasted good. I enjoyed the sausage gravy. The waitress was also very attentive. She kept my coffee cup filled and hot.I also enjoyed the coffee it wasn't to robust or to weak in flavor. By the time I left the restaurant it had picked up and had a decent crowd. In my experience with this place I would recommend it. Going to stop in here again sometime and try some other things on the menu. Or I might just order the sausage gravy again it was yummy......... update 2-26-23 took away a star from my review last week. I went into this restaurant again this week on Sunday ordered the same thing I got last week the sausage gravy over home fries and biscuits. It tasted different today , it was blander and runny like a water consistency not gravy. Was disappointing because I really enjoyed it last week. Think I may give this place another try though. If it's not any better then I probably won't go here anymore. I like a place that can have consistent food quality....6-25-23 ordered home fries with sausage gravy and a side of bacon. My bf got eggs ,toast ,home fries and Bacon . It was ok nice place for a quick break fast

Our first visit had mixed results. My "Miss Piggy" (bacon cheeseburger with all the fixings) was very good. The better half's Hot Beef with Mashed Potatoes not so much. The potatoes were real, not instant, and the gravy tasted as if it was made inhouse. The thin sliced beef was hard to cut with a non serrated knife, with a lot of connective tissue. It tasted alright though. We were there for a late lunch (1:45) thinking they were open until 4:00, but found out after we ordered they were closing at 2:00. Even though, the staff was very friendly and did not rush us at all. The other thing I didn't like is they are cash only.

By FAR one of the BEST restaurants that I have eaten at in a LONG time!!!! This family own and ran restaurant is SUPER friendly and accommodating! Our hockey team was in town for a tournament and had a late game and needed a place to eat for a large group late in the evening on a Friday night. ANN'S was a HIT! Diner type food with a homey atmosphere that can ABSOLUTELY host larger groups! Who knew you could find southern charm in the North!!! Honestly, I had no idea they they were working with one waitress, dishwasher, and cook. Our food came out in a expedient fashion! This place is ran like a well oiled machine. Our large group couldn't want for nothing! The food was DELICIOUS and didn't lack in flavor! They served breakfast (my dinner) at 7pm.. I mean who doesn't like breakfast for dinner! My omelet was made with REAL eggs and the homefries were definitely FRESH potatoes... none of that frozen stuff!!!! Anyway.. our team went away very happy and with full bellies.

The ONLY thing I would say is make sure you have CASH because this is a CASH ONLY establishment... not to worry because the bar/grill i will not name across the street that was very definately not as nice to us DOES have an ATM. Save yourself some money and enjoy this lovely place or better yet... spend MORE money at ANN'S and support this...

Overall a basic diner feel. Food was basic. Not very seasoned. Potatoes were under cooked and not crispy. I suggest par-boiling then finishing in the oven to help cook and crisp up. Service, when it came around was sub-par. Girl was nice but could care less about the customers. One thing that should be kept behind closed doors is your opinions of other customers. As a hostess or waiter/waitress you have an obligation for customer service. Complaining, around customers, only makes them not want to return. One of the waitresses had a child with them, normally most people wouldn’t care if you have your child at work, however, the parent was not looking out for the little one. They were running all around the restaurant and Kitchen and playing with the soda fountain! This is a huge liability issue and sanitation issue! Also, dress code, I worked in kitchen and restaurants for quite a while, I have never seen a waitress walk around with only Socks on! Again sanitation issue!

This was my first and last time I’ll be going here. I see all the great reviews and was very...
