This location gets 0 stars from me. Went in and spoke to the manager. Asked for an upgrade. Paid off old "free phone" and asked to change my number. That resulted in a 3rd line being added that was not required or asked for. They switched my plan without my aknowledgement or consent until after the fact and 14 days later they still couldnt fix it. Otherwise i'd have to change my number yet again and have more charges added. Sell my new phone back which somehow ourchased the same day wasnt worth the same amount. So I decided to get a hot spot for the 3rd line for when we travel. Well somehow they hooked it up to my current new number and not the old and my phone no longer worked. Although I saw the message when he did it and questioned him. He said. Dont worry im a professional. And literally my phone did not work anymore. Then refused to help me. I went to another store in camillus NY and they couldnt help. So 3rd times the charm went to N. Syracuse store and he got it all working right. Only somehow my bill was now gonna be double what I was quoted. Nearly $400 for 3 lines. Even calling customer service and using the chat through their app couldnt fix it. The level of cheating to get comissions and level of incompetence was frustrating as anything. I will NEVER return to that location. Ugh. Dont go here...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went into the store because was getting terrible service while my wife's phone worked fine. 2 1/2 hrs later I was able to walk out thanks only to Baile Baker's diligence. ATT really screwed the pooch on this one. Baile attempted to reset the network settings but for some reason the phone did a factory resent and the phone was wiped clean. Baile was able to retrieve everything from the cloud except any photos after 2021 including pictures of my son that I took 1 month before he was killed in a truck accident. They can never be replaced. Thanks ATT! Then for some unknown reason the Sim card stopped working. Baile installed a new card but ATT required a ton of security questions even though my drivers license had already been scanned. I answered all of the security questions and the person in the fraud department flagged my account saying do not service this account, definite fraud. Baile talked to the fraud department 3 times to no avail. Eventually, Madison came to the rescue and did something to make a new Sim card work. I pay over $350 each month for my bundled services with 4 phone lines. Seriously considering dropping attention for something different. Giving 5 stars for the work Baile and Madison did. Ā Ā Ā Read morePay close attention to the deals they give you and what you say yes too. You can't purchase a phone there. They will give you a screaming trade in deal on your old phone. "It's free". After the 3-4 hour set up I was told I could take my 5 year old phone home. Which still worked and I could get my passwords and apps reset. Huge trap. I had 30 days. When I finally got back to Auburn and the store 40 days later. The promotion was no longer available. No phone calls texts warnings. I would have to pay the full value monthly for the phone over 3 years. Or I could buy it then for more than it's worth. I could sell my old one on facebook or they might give me partial market value? After 7 hours minimum on the phone with 7 different people. I was told "that's the best we can do." After almost 30 of years of working with them. I guess this is how it ends. There's a special place for corporations like yours. I hope to see you there...
