If u could do zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I visited the Auburn location Friday night and experienced the worst service imaginable! I am a customer service manager for a Fortune 500 company would be embarrassed and disgusted if any of my employees treated a customer the way we were treated! When we arrived the place wasn’t very busy, maybe about 10 people at the bar area. Clearly the bartender was friends with the group at the end of the bar because she was very involved with them and didn’t seem to really care about us sitting there. There was another female who came in a sat next to us trying to order a to go order, she was not acknowledged for quite some time either. Eventually she came over to us and took our drink order, my boyfriend who ordered a beer and I ordered a vodka soda. We also placed a food order. After sitting there for probably 30 minutes the bartender finally came back over and asked if we wanted another drink, my boyfriend asked for a Long Island iced tea and that when the bartender refused to serve him liquor because she said he was drunk🤔 that was his first beer, he was not drunk! When asked why she would say that she replied with “this is my bar and I do t have to serve anyone I don’t want.” I’m sorry your bar? I completely understand not serving someone who is drunk, I’ve been a bartender and my family has owned a bar in Binghamton my entire life, so I’m familiar. At this point she called over the “manager” who was a younger female that was WASTED and was with the party of people at the end of the bar that the bartender was giving all her time too. The manager was belligerent and screaming and would not listen to anything we had to say, instead she told us to leave. At this point we were going to leave anyways because of the horrible service and how we were treated. But then the bartender proceeds to hand me out bill which was for $67 I believe - so 1 beer and 1 vodka soda cost $67? We NEVER received our food order which was on our bill & there were shots of tequila on our bill that we never ordered. The ONLY thing that I can think of is every person in this bar/restaurant was white and my boyfriend who is biracial and covered in tattoos stood out. Well first of all it’s 2019 so I would like to think and hope that there isn’t racist establishments like this and second of all don’t judge a person by the way they look, my boyfriend is a NYS corrections officer. The couple sitting on the other sites of us were clearly intoxicated but the bartender had no problem serving them or her friends and manager. Lastly, I will say I had been drinking previously and she had no problem serving me? But the actual sober person couldn’t get a drink? I will also apologize for my reaction, I definitely did not react well and said some very insulting things out of anger for being stereotyped and discriminated against so I am sorry for that, 2 wrongs don’t make a right and I was embarrassed for how I reacted. This is a place of business and the whole objective is to make money, its sad because we will never go here again and we are the type of people to order a round for the bar and stay and have a good time, you missed out on a several hundred dollar bill...
Read moreDuring our travels through the town, we stumbled upon Parker's Grille and decided to stop for dinners. The lovely evening weather allowed us to enjoy their outdoor seating, and we were pleasantly surprised by the server's attentiveness, which enhanced our dining experience.
Of all the dishes we tried, the crock of French onion soup stole the show. It was hands down the best onion soup I've ever had. The careful blend of seasonings infused the soup with an incredible depth of flavor, making it an absolute must-try at Parker's.
However, the same level of satisfaction wasn't mirrored in the other dishes. The Buffalo chicken salad didn't live up to expectations, as it seemed to contain just a single piece of chicken, thinly spread across the entire salad. Similarly, the Buffalo chicken sub left us unimpressed, with only one small chicken tender on each half of the sub.
Despite the hit-and-miss with the salads and sub, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Parker's Grille to others. The standout French onion soup and the top-notch service from our attentive server make it worth a visit. On my next visit, I plan to explore their range of sandwiches and burgers, hoping they'll be as delightful...

Went here the other day .They had a blackened shrimp Cesar salad as a special and also a duck bacon wonton. So that's what I ordered. The duck bacon wontons were good. The blackened shrimp tasted very fishy tasting. It was very off putting....7-3-23 it was a Monday. I ordered the taco soup and salad combo. The Taco soup was so good. I wish I would have ordered a bowl of it instead of a cup. My company ordered the Greek chicken pita, bacon cheese burger and the rajun Cajun burger. The chicken pita was good so was the bacon cheese burger. The burger size was pretty big aswell. The rajun Cajun was good. It definitely had some kick to it with the fresh jalapenos on it. I would definitely recommend stopping in and giving this place a try. It's the second time I've been to this location. They seem too have pretty consistent food quality. They also seem to get pretty busy. I've not had too wait yet too be seated. Also are food came out pretty quickly. We happened too beat the crowd and nobody was there when we showed up. Within a half a hour it got really...
