Subway — Restaurant in City of Auburn

I was served STALE flatbread, and a sub which was assembled poorly to say the least. I have worked at subway before, and theres no way that i would EVER serve bad food (knowingly). I understand things happen, but when you fold my sub and the flatbread is so hard it wont bend in half.... Thas bad hunni. Yes, the bread was "toasted", but it shouldnt come out hard as a rock. Unless its stale. 😒 Clean it up subway.

Ordered a steak and cheese sub tonight from this location. Took two bites of the sub, and noticed a weird sour manure like taste to the meat. Had my husband try it as well to ensure I'm not just completely insane. He spit out his bite immediately. Ordered online today at the location on Grant Blvd Auburn NY. Used the B1G1 offer on the Subway Series menu. I ordered the Ultimate BMT while my boyfriend ordered the All Pro SOT Chicken.
