Aaron was sooooo helpful! Wanted to order the $6.99 "only on the app" special for any footlong, but the app wasn't working. After showing Aaron the app malfunction, he still honored the special app price even if I couldn't order through the app!! And it wasn't as easy as just overriding the price in the POS terminal, which they can't do, he had to search for a minute or two to find a sub that would come out to the same price as the special app price (had The Beast sub, super yummy, btw!). This is rare to see these days @ most fast food restaurants or retail stores, but Aaron went above and beyond to make a customer very happy! Most food service workers these days have no idea what customer service is all about, and would have said "sorry, but that special is ONLY on the app, and even though the app isn't working, I can't help you". Kudos Aaron for showing what true customer satisfaction is...
Read moreI went to this subway with an online order and found that the first sandwich did not have avocado on it. I went back and they remade it, but they did not use the correct meat. I was obviously not going to return to have them fix it again. What really made me sad was that they placed the old sandwich (no wrapper, fully exposed) in my new bag with the replacement. I now have stains on my carseat because of their negligence and not once did either staff at the counter apologize. I have requested a full refund from this store and highly advise not going here. My carseat is gross now and I am so upset. Please go to the one on Main Street - they are so much nicer and fix their errors...
