The ONLINE system is terrible gives you no option to request utensils, extra lemon or cilantro or anything which is unacceptable for the amount of money they charge. Try calling the actual restaurant and you are only greeted by some bot service voice system that is completely useless.. I tried this restaurant when they first opened up in Canandaigua, and it was a mess and terrible food was not fresh and It was a disappointment so after about 4 years I took the chance to order again and felt it was worth trying again and this is now my confirmation I will not be spending another dollar at this establishment. The MOST Obvious is they need to hire a "Better Management Team" it all starts with the Restaurant Managers to set the example and be sure the employees follow the required Cleanliness and Customer Service and Food Quality Needs. I have no doubt this is the real problem, out West where this Restaurant is like McDonalds, one of every block of a heavily trafficked city, the restaurant are very busy and there are very few times you hear of dirty dining area, cold food, or over cooked food which really is food that is too old and should not of been sold, so my delivery person was super nice and he got here on time and was excellent, but as I suspected the food was lousy it was another disappointment, food too old and cold and dry and should of been made to order but this is the issue with this Chipotle Restaurant who ever is running this one is absolutely the problem - Check your times and stop selling old food, i ordered at 3:15 pm food arrived by 4pm in a container that was corrugated package that does not hold anything warm the beans were cold, the rice was cold, the chicken was cold, the beef brisket was to dry and old and COLD./ the only thing that was delicious was the apple juice that my son loves. Again - if you try to sell old food you will only get bad reviews.. and that restaurant needs to have the Health Department Visit them as this is a food safety issue and that will be the next place I reach out to, no one cares anymore - you cannot find good quality workers for businesses and these chain restaurants, do not have the same quality person's working at them like it was years ago, when people were trained and we had good managers who cared this generation of workers are a hit and miss, its not good and with how expensive everything is today, we are better off just making our own dinners, lunches and save us all of the wasted...
Read moreThis locations seems to be really declining in service and food. 3 times now in the past 4 months they have been out of peppers and onions but I am sorry if you are vegetarian that really does not leave much left to make your bowl since I do not eat the sofritos. I usually make a point to go in and order my bowl because using the app and drive through leaves too much room for error since things are always missing or messed up. Well my last order really was absolutely ridiculous and I would have been embarrassed to have someone pick that up. It was missing peppers, onions and pinto beans. The whole bowl weighed 11 oz I literally had to weigh it because I was in shock that there was barely any food in there and I was charged full price. Good luck trying to call and get a refund because no one answers the phone, sent an email heard nothing back. Read moreI used to love this restaurant after going to it so much when we lived in Scottsdale (FLW Blvd). But the Canandaigua location? It's like they aren't even part of the same corporation! The quality of the customer service, portions, presentation of the food, the cleanliness of the store, the list could go on and on. I was shocked after I was told that I could have no vinnegrette because they were understaffed and had no one to make it that day, yet there were about 7-8 crew members literally standing about talking, while the crew on the line scurried about, barely servicing the line of customers that was literally out of their door! CLEARLY the owner of this location does not care about his business to allow it to be run in such a shabby fashion. No manager was in sight. No shift lead. Just astounding to say the least.
