While out of town I was in need of a generator purchased a Predator generator from the location in Ogdensburg and was assured if I had any issues to bring it back to any location and they would try to fix or replace. Well the generator did have problems as it would not continually run. After returning home I stopped by the Canandaguia location and the manager was less than helpful. To return for a refund would be a 20% charge of the value. To exchange for a new one I would need to remove all gas and clean/dry the filter. I asked how to remove the gas he suggested I buy a siphon from them š³. Now I am forced to drain it of gas and go back to the store for my exchange which he said he could not guarantee to have any in stock (3 were currently in stock) Iām going back to shopping the big box stores.
