Burger King — Restaurant in City of Canandaigua

Went here to grab a bite to eat. Placed a mobile order with pick up through the drive-through. Line wasn't too long, got to the window, they were understaffed, so it took a minute to get our food around. Didn't have an issue with that. Got our food and went into the parking lot to check we had everything, we were only missing a chicken nugget meal. I walked over to the building, and the doors were all locked (at 4:15pm on a Tuesday afternoon). They had a paper sign on the door that said the dining room would be closed till 3:30pm. So I don't understand why the door was locked. I waved at a few employees because I just needed my missing chicken nuggets for my daughter. 2 employees looked at me and then gestured to a third employee on the phone. I'm not sure who the employee on the phone was, but I assume she was a form of management as she was talking on the phone. She looked right at me and then walked away. The employee gestured to me again, and the woman made this hand wave like she was telling her to leave her alone, and then she walked back out of my line of sight. The drive thru attendant motions for me to go back through the drive-through (which now had a line of cars). We told them we were missing part of the meal, and she told us to go our front and park and they would bring it out to us. It was extremely frustrating that we had to wait another 10 minutes to get our missing food. Hopefully, management hires some more people so they can have a properly...

Went through the drive through around 5 pm 9-20-24 several cars got through ahead of me I pull up to the soeaker and had to wait over 5 minutes to speak to someone i had to ask if anyone was there a young man answered and said to give him a moment which I obviously obliged he took take my order til several minutes later me thinking there short staffed I didn't wanna be rude and help my composer while I pulled up to the window I got hit with a strong odor of Marijuana also not a big deal to me personally but you guys had 2 people working the drive through it shouldn't off took that long to get my order WRONG having to come back in to get the rest of my food I was once again hit in the face with this odor I'm unsure if your employees are smoking in there or customers are but that's not very welcoming smell to travelers and tourists also the man working the front counter I watched him handing cash with no gloves on take a drink from his which his dipped his finger in then grab my food they forgot all without washing or putting on gloves...

I really hate complaining and never really do.

I tend to door dash here often, but I'm starting to get fed up. My last four orders there have been problems—most of the time, something is missing or a condiment was added that was clearly specified to be removed, or, for instance, bacon that is advertised on a burger is straight up just removed for no reason.

I got two meals today, and NEITHER fry was in the bag. I worked in fast food for 2 years and understand it's not an easy job, but PLEASE just READ what is on the order and make sure everything is there and correct, especially when it's delivery. Even if you have to check it off on the receipt so that it's right. I am not going to drive there to get the missing food when I got it delivered for a reason.

I have better luck with the Farmington BK regarding delivery orders, even though I live in Canandaigua.
