Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Canandaigua

Let me start by saying I love Dunkin' Donuts.

The problem with this one in particular is they can't ever make a drink correctly. I order a Caramel latte which I do understand is made with a good bit of milk. But it should contain a turbo shot as well. I swear I just receive a cup of milk with caramel in it.

I send it back, recieve one that tastes even weaker (I hadn't thought it was possible). Was it out of spite because I returned it? Who knows.... also this occurred just before 8 am on a Wednesday. It was not terribly busy at the time of my order. Not that it is an excuse for poor service.

If you are receiving poor service or poor quality food/ drinks, please post a review. Maybe they will clean up their act. I'm sure corporate wouldn't be happy with what's...

Terrible customer service. I ordered ahead of time on the mobile app and went in to pick up my drink and I had a question- the first person who came to the counter apparently was extremely burdened by my question because “clearly she was preparing food orders” and refused to help me. Additionally, the way she spoke to me was with a significant amount of attitude and disrespect, which was really uncalled for. She could have asked me to hold for a second while someone else came to help me instead of treating me like I have wronged her in some way. Such a shame for her to be working in a customer service job when she feels so bothered by a customer asking a question. Really disappointing experience. Negative stars for customer service. On April 5th, 2025, at about 7:53pm, I entered the store on East Avenue in Canandaigua, NY, and a female staff person, White, about 6'3" and a hundred pounds overweight, her black hair in a ponytail, refused to wait on me, in order to keep mopping her floor, ignoring me for over five minutes, until I left, despite two attempts to receive service. I have never seen such insanely ignorant and dismissive, antisocial behavior in a retail establishment, in my life. Two other employees were talking to each other, the whole time, and refused me service, and as I was walking away, facing away from them, at the door to leave, and yelled an obscenity, the one mopping tried to call the police.
