Bill's Restaurant — Restaurant in City of Cohoes

Found on a Google search for places to eat near another appointment I had. I drove by it the first time. It's directly across from the Firehouse It's a small place with maybe four tables and a u-shaped counter with stools.. The coffee was excellent I had a omelette with sausage mushroom and cheese and I asked for rye toast dark. The food was amazing. It was the best omelette I've had and a very long time. Was charged 20$ for two breakfast sandwiches. I ordered on the phone to pick up. Was not satisfied with the price or the food. eggs over cooked sausage patties were thicker than normal. I wanted a breakfast sandwich not a sausage sandwich. I prefer ”babes diner” in cohoes. 5$ a sandwich and the eggs were correct, with yoke not folded up and overcooked. Tried going four times with my husband. The first two times were a casual diner breakfast that was good. The last two times we arrived, we were told they are closed yet people were sitting there around the counter area. It appears this place is not an inclusive environment that really wants customers but just their "own" regulars, having been turned away twice for what seemed to be no reason telling us they are closed, we simply werent wanted there...very...
