I was there for dinner for my family tonight and the young man who took my order was in a hurry and kept asking me anything else. Mind you I have a truck full of children trying to make sure I get everyones order correct. The man wasn't having it from the beginning. Finally after the order was taken I pull up to the window and see the name tag, "David" he was extremely rude to me. Very disrespectful. He threw my bags of food at me and closed the window with a "have a good day thank you" I was in shock. I checked SOME of my items, which usually I do before I pull away from the window just in case something was wrong but no I was rushed by him yet again I didn't get any straws for drinks, and asked for plenty of ranch and sweet and sour. He gave me ONE sweet and sour sauce. Now I'm livid to the point of crying. He told me they are 25 cents a sauce. Then I lost it and said okay how much does 10 sweet and sour cost. 2.50 okay so how much does 10 ranch cost? He said 2.50 I said okay let's do that then. Then I gave him an extra dollar for customer service skills. The kindness level was a 1 out of 10 for him. I'm mind blown of this experience I had. So please be mindful when approaching rushy David. Read moreI don’t even know where to start with this disaster of a McDonald’s. First off, if your app and online hours say you’re open until 11 PM, then be open until 11 PM. We pull up, and the store is closed. Fine. Whatever. We try the drive-thru, and it’s a nightmare—37 cars deep. After waiting forever, we’re told you can only handle two mobile orders at a time, and for the third order, we have to drive all the way back around? Are you kidding me? That’s absolutely ridiculous and the laziest excuse for customer service I’ve ever seen.
Why even allow mobile orders if you can’t process them efficiently? And why does it feel like every single time I come to this location, there’s an issue? Between the false advertising on hours and the inability to handle basic operations, it’s clear this place is run by people who have no clue how to handle a busy rush.
If you don’t want to work or serve customers, just close the whole place down for good. Stop wasting people’s time with false promises and chaos. This McDonald’s is the definition of unprofessional, and it’s beyond frustrating. Do better—or don’t...

Did not use the meal for free to try them again as asked bc you should pay for what you get. Went back yesterday 5/9 same thing on the burger (please clean your grill) and the pies again 4+ hours expired who is doing your safety checks/time temp logs and are they ServSafe certified? I tried to call no answer and I messaged support again. I have photos and receipts if someone wants to reach out about your shift managers bagging this. Only thing open on the way back from concert on 4/19/25 absolute trash...35 mins in the "fast" food lane just to get screwed up food yet again....never eat here....your better with gas station sushi I'd give negative stars for this restaurant if possible over a year and they still cannot make a cheeseburger correct it's unreal and clearly the company...
