McDonald's — Restaurant in City of Geneva

I will start off with the pluses before the negatives I love McDonald's a little bit I'm not a big huge fast food restaurant person but occasionally I go to them I love their breakfast menu Bexley their sausage egg and cheese biscuit is very good and and everything was always cooked very well and always tastes fantastic and everything on that order now that was about the only positive that I can give this establishment set for the people that work there are normally very positive people that is also a plus but now to the negatives the negatives is that there is normally sometimes a lot of flies that just fly around which I think needs to be taken care of not really nice while you're eating something and a fight comes flying in front of your face kind of little bit gross and also I think a little bit better of a cleaning management will be definitely needed here to help manage the Flies and everything that is coming in because it's just a little bit gross but now it over in the section where you get your drinks in your sugar in your coffee creamer and that stuff always the sugar sometimes always feels like they have had something spelled on them and they're not that good anymore they have had very sticky tea containers where you you pour out the tea and also their condiment squirters their little pump pump machines are not always full at the peak time of service which is the biggest complaint of all because people like me would love to have ketchup or mustard or something else that we want to put on to our french fries or onto our sandwich F we wish but just cannot happen because there's not it's not always full but other than that I give this store a three because it's a they cook the food very well they serve it to you very nice friendly staff just wish that it was a little bit more neater and less bugs that flying around especially you know the Flies thank you for...

Was in McDonald's yesterday and witnessed a young lady come inside from the drive thru complaining about her coffee's being made incorrectly. A tall lady started to remake her coffee's, as this was happening, another employee began to argue with the customer saying she made her coffee's correctly, it escalated from there. As the customer got her remade coffee and was on her way out the door, words were exchanged between the customer and 2 McDonald's employees.Than, the 2 employees followed the customer out the store and began arguing with the customer outside the store as the manager just stood there and watched. Isn't the customer always right? This all happened because she wanted her coffee's made correctly? That in my opinion is extremely terrible customer service. No matter the circumstances, customers are to be treated with respect. This was not the case. I won't be returning to that McDonald's, if they make me something wrong will they chase ME out the store too? That was just terrible. I hope they don't treat all there customers in that manner. Also, I saw one employee in a black shirt pointing her finger in the customers face, I dont know what was said but I than saw the customer get extremely irate. This just isnt the way any restaurant should be ran. I than saw a gentleman seperate the women, and he said something to the two McDonald's employees, they than turned around and went back in the store. I just hope no one else ever goes thru what I saw at this McDonald's. Was just stopping thru to eat somebgrub and witnessed all of that....

I officially experienced my worst-ever McDonald's trip just a few nights ago. I pulled up into the second drive thru lane with two of my family members around 8 pm, shortly after the dinner rush. We ended up waiting ten minutes before we were finally asked for our order. Then, all three of us were unable to get our first picks because in one way or another, the items were unavailable, even the featured items. While we started looking the menu over again, I made a quiet comment from the backseat about how ridiculous things had been going already up to that point. To my surprise, the employee taking our order snapped very rudely back saying we could leave and did not have to come there anymore if it is so ridiculous... totally un- called for! The woman then went on to complain how there were only two employees working at that time and ended her outburst with "I could care less if y'all come or go... it's too busy to deal with people like you." We finished ordering... in total shock. Our food was basically thrown at us out the window with no thank you or enjoy... no words at all actually. Very very rude service! Fries were cold... burgers had been sitting for awhile so nothing we ordered was fresh. Waste of money and time. For that, I most definitely will not be returning to this restaurant for...
