Manager doesn't seem to even know how to interact generally with the customers. First off, being dressed in sweatpants and sweatshirt and all black color with simple logo was offputting. While he was taking my order he did not speak once and was always looking around and listening to other conversations. At one point he just walked away to another customer/conversation without saying one word to me. Then after some awkward silence he sent another employee over to finish my order. I had to reorder as what was in place wasn't correct. This isnt my first experience like this ordering inside. And I have had him take my order before and it was same experience. Distant, barely acknowledged you, having to ask him to speak back the order or just acknowledge your presence. Very odd. Also offputting was when waiting on my order random person came in real friendly asked him to "hook him up". Man was not employee and stepped behind the counter and the manager then finally seem to wake up and help the guy and set him up above others. Probably a friend but come on...in front of customers making it blatant and others uncomfortable.
I also missed my drink order because he just walked away while I was ordering and I lost train of thought when the other employee came over.
Side note: the other customer he walked over to, he had a callous attitude toward telling her "this isnt 7 eleven, we dont do that here, while she was trying to explain her coffee wasnt up to expectation of order" And telling the next woman she was wrong in her order.
A simple "please give me a moment sir" would have made this a much more enjoyable...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst experience and here's why. I came" inside" because there is a long line at the drive up. There were a few customers in the lobby area, but none at the counter. What looked like a manager ( a lady) came to the counter. I then started placing my order, telling her what I wanted. She cut me off bluntly and pointed to the kiosk. I said well" can't you just take my order here???(pointing to the cash register) She then started walking pass the cash register and gave me a flat "NO" Rather than just making a scene, I was discusted and just walked out. She looked surprised.
I work all over Nassau County. This is the only location that I've found that are dogmatic and insistent that you use the Kiosk to take an order even though they could do it for you at the register. No wonder there's a long line or waiting at the drive up. This is my second time getting this experience inside. The first time one of the managers refused to take my order, pointed at the Kiosk. I then said there's hardly anyone here, why do I have too? He then begrudgingly put the order in. I'm not going thru this again. I'll Skip this location, they don't need the business , too...
Read moreI came to this McDonald’s at 3 am ordered a chicken sandwich a coke a medium free which I had a coupon for I get to the window and I show the Hispanic manager my coupon if I buy a crispy sandwich I get a free frie and she went to put it in and I gaved her 10 dollars she she walked away will say the coupon didn’t work because I didn’t order a sandwich, when she came back with my change I told her I did order a sandwich and I was only supposed to pay for the soda and sandwich, she said to use the coupon another time and I told her to refund my order and redo the order on the computer she came back and said to pay for the sándwich so I gaved her the change she gaved me in the beginning mind you I was only supposed to pay for the sandwich and soda which would of been 7 something and she took my whole 10 dollars and I told her I was supposed to get change back and she said “no that’s to much” so I just left the drive thru after being there for 30 minutes, and mind you she was the manager.And they messed up on the sandwich I wanted , This people aren’t trained to do basic math and...
