So last night I accidentally ordered my drink to be picked up in cafe instead of the drive thru. I pulled up to the drive thru and was told I had no order (a Sip Club drink). I asked if maybe it was in cafe, which was an accident. The girl I spoke to said Iâm going to have to come inside to get it. I told her if I could just cancel and reorder for the drive thruâŚmy feet were killing me and I really just needed the convenience of the drive thru after a long day at work. She continued to argue with me about why I ordered in cafe, no she would not accommodate me etc. in the time she was arguing with me she couldâve gotten me my drink. So now upset, I march in there and am told that Hertha is the managerâŚwho I know is a shift supervisor NOT the manager. I voiced my complaint any way and she seemed not to even understand me. The lunch crew is usually extremely friendly and accommodating, but the night crew is AWFUL. Considering I go every lunch and pay for my Sip club benefits⌠will cancel and will never go back. They are rude, belligerent, and downright inconsiderate. Jaidan is usually there for the lunch shift, and he goes above and beyond, extremely friendly and makes it a positive experience.    Read moreI went for lunch here and as Iâm ordering I asked if the avocado was fresh and if so if I could get a half of avocado. The manager Steven replied fresh is in off the tree I said no obviously and proceeded with my order. As I get to the window the young man not to mention who is always sweet and kind handed me my order and I noticed that there was a half of a half. I then asked the young man for the manager and he came to the window and I informed him that I asked for half of avocado and was told that half was $99 cents. He said that I can give you another piece for $99 cents I said no thatâs not what you said earlier. He replied when customers complain they can have whatever they want and gave me the other half and then said you can have a free sandwich as well if you want. I replied I didnât want a sandwich but thatâs the wrong response. How disgusting and sarcastic he was. Itâs sad that someone saw fit for him to supervise. He is an example of what you donât want to be when you Manage people and deal with customers. I canât imagine how he treats the staff. This situation ruined my lunch. I hope his managers read this and make the necessary adjustments. Beware...

This location is tricky to review because service and quality seem to vary. The soups and pastries are consistently excellent, on par with other Panera locations. The main issue is that the ice machine has been out of order for a while. On my first interaction with one manager, he said there was âno ice in the restaurantâ and (as I recall) mentioned only âsix cubes from his personal Darth Vader trayâ; he also said the restaurant hadnât had any ice for some time and seemed to dismiss my comment that Iâd received a small amount just the day before. When I returned later that same day, there was (surprisingly) some ice, and when I asked about it he joked that it âfell from the skyâ instead of explaining the situation. That left me feeling brushed off, and the lack of ice often means sodas are warm and flat. On the other hand, other staff (including another manager Iâve dealt with) have been professional and personable, and past visits have been what I expect from Panera.
