El Tazumal — Restaurant in City of Glen Cove

These people are disrespectful and Rude!!!!! I called 15time ordered my food 2 hours ago they never delivered it on top of that I’m pregnant every time I called they hung up on me. Manager refused to speak with me when I told them I’ve been waiting so long they said “oh well” and when I said how could you treat someone like this they said “ there’s nothing we can do”. Absolutely awful place will never ever order from them again!!!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars...

This has been a favorite local spot of mines for years. My last two experiences have been HORRIBLE. The food has been under cooked, and for the money spent each time is what brings me here. It's just unfair to order food and when you open it meats are RAW, with flesh and fat uncooked. The meat doesnt seem to be washed because theres brownish blood , and I had to fish some gooey stuff out of the food. I would love to...

Cashiers are so rude, we walk in and ask to touch the beers just to make sure they were at the temperature we like.... Cashiers answer was DON'T MAKE WASTE MY TIME...!!!!! What kind of answer is that???? Worst experience...
