Morgan came to my home to obtain measurements, view the space and help me move from a traditional style to a more transitional/modern design. She suggested several manufacturers that offered a curved sectional sofa, something I needed to accommodate the curved wall of windows in the den. We actually sat on the sofa in the showroom to test the comfort, which was beneficial. We then coordinated the choice of leather with a beautiful area rug and custom throw pillows, all in one visit. Her patience and expertise were essential in choosing the correct size of the sectional and the color coordination of the area rug and accessorized pillows. The experience was personalized, seamless, professional and enjoyable. The sofa arrived ahead of schedule and the delivery crew was first rate. Read moreI ordered a very expensive (4K +) mirror in October with an 8-16 week lead time). 16 weeks later I am struggling to get updates (apart from one mistakenly saying it was about to get delivered). After multiple emails unanswered, I got through to the manager who was polite but passed me to his salesman (who was not) and received a patronizing explanation that product coming from abroad takes up to 8 months (but then confusingly stated that it’s en route from Italy). All I ask for is an email updates, to set expectations, perhaps even a small apology. When you spend a lot of money on a luxury item, there is surely a minimum level of service that should come with that purchase. I feel anxious (as to whether I will ever get the mirror) and let down. My desk was sent to my neighbor's house, and I was told by the salesperson to deal with their mistakes by myself. The same salesperson promised to arrange somebody to repair the damage on some items, however it turned out to be a LIE, after we had been waiting for months...
When I called them to touch base with them about the issue just now, the front desk girl did not apologized to me, neither did the store manager. The manager, Mr. NeiX BaXXX (let me protect his privacy) questioned me several times " why did your neighbor accept the desk?!" with a very arrogant or rude tone... I believe that the attitude from a store manager is very important to his staff...
