This company is completely unprofessional. They sent a dirty bouncer slide to my party. The slide literally had green moss growing on the side of it so there’s no way they had even attempted to clean it. The coloring on the design of the slide was so faded and gross looking you can tell the slide should have been thrown out years ago and replaced. The child ( couldn’t be older than maybe 14) who was working the slide told me i would be too large to go on as i would exceed the 300 pound weight limit ( mind you i am skinny as can be and weigh maybe 130) Also they brought a snow cone machine which was cracked on the side, and super dirty upon arrival. The man working that station took it upon him self to use our margarita maker and pre make drinks which were then not good by time people wanted them due to the fact of them sitting for so long before serving. The ice was all melted and ruined the drink. And last but not least the fried Oreos which they provided weren’t fresh at all. Every Oreo served was ice old and not straight out of the fryer. The way they treat kids on line for an event is atrocious. Today, I physically saw one of your employees carry out a random child that was not his a stranger to get him out of the bounce house because they closed thirty minutes early. My children, as long as their friends were next in line and they refused to allow them entry. This is not the first time that I had an interaction with the same behavior from this company.It is atrocious and a disgrace to treat children in that manner. It was also racial discrimination. This company needs to be taking off the map entirely, and the guy servicing the bounce house had the audacity to tell me, don't use my company and I told them, trust me, I don't, I rather use more gracious companies because at least they're...

We are an nyc public elementary school who hired Send in the Clowns for our year end Jamboree and we had the best time! Working with Kevin, Amanda and Gary was wonderful. They worked with our budget and were always there to answer any questions we had. On the day of the event, Taj and Lee were so cool. The kids loved them. And they brought everything we requested - the cotton candy machine, the Photo Booth and the carnival games. Finally, Gary and team hired DJ Ian aka DJ Full Splitz (he can do the splits and wow’d the kids, and adults, with his flexibility!). DJ Ian was so good with the kids. Coolest guy ever.
