My friend and I just finished up working out at 24 Hour Fitness and he suggested Subway or Chipotle and I was like Chipotle! It’s been years since I have been to one and was excited to go there.
It’s around 11:45AM and we were told that there would be a few moments for guacamole so we let the people behind us to proceed till it was ready. The lady who I presumed to be the manager was just taking her time. She poured the large patch of guacamole into three containers and put saran wrap and took them else where. I am like okay.
There were people asking for brown rice and other items which were completely empty and I am like it’s lunch time. I would hate to arrive here only having 30 minutes only to be stuck in-line as this location had no sense of urgency and completely unprepared for this crowd today and not be able to enjoy my lunch in peace.
I allowed five guests to proceed before I asked about the guacamole and then it’s finally brought out. I ordered the burrito with carnitas with brown rice (which was prepared till 12 Noon with a line to the door now), brown beans, onions, green bell peppers, green salsa, lettuce and a skimpy amount of guacamole. I told them to add more, we did not wait over 15 minutes for nothing.
I also asked for cilantro to be put into the burrito and instead, they put it into a container for me to add on and at that point, I was completely turned off about Chipotle. I was like this is the reason why I have not returned back in so long.
I was hoping there was a survey attached to my receipt as I had enough of my time being wasted and here now to give a scathing review. And I am the one who preaches if you have nothing nice to say, keep it to yourself. Well today is the only exception for you Chipotle. I might try it again in a...
Read moreSun. 9/8/24 - I checked closing time, which said 10pm. I showed up at 8pm (looks like they’re about to close), get to the counter, see there’s no steak (other food empty as well, but I was there for steak), ask the employee are they out of steak. She asks 2 cooks if they’re out, they reply to her “yes”. She tells me they’re out (can barely hear her). I tell her “That doesn’t make sense, it’s 2hrs until close, why no steak? Are they going to make any more?” She asks the cooks, who reply to her “Ugh, yeah, ok”. She tells me they will make more, but will be 10min. I end up waiting 15min for food. Just a wasted experience. I’ve already reduced my Chipotle eating because at many other Chipotle’s I’ve been displeased, but was in the mood to give them a chance. Then I come in to this one to be displeased, yet again. A couple came in during my wait, saw the food that was ‘ready’ and still decided to leave (the food that was available looked dry and old). I respected them for not wasting their time. -Cooks just chatting with nothing cooking and empty product. -Young food server, who just seemed like she wasn’t ready to be serving alone -Food was good, as it should be (not great)

Read moreI’ve been a regular Chipotle customer for years, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff at this location were incredibly rude, careless, and completely unprofessional.
I ordered a veggie bowl and paid extra for corn and cheese, along with chips and salsa. Not only did they charge me for everything, but none of it was included in my bag. It honestly felt like the employee just stole those items from my order.
When I politely asked about the missing food, the staff acted like it was coming out of their own pocket — rolling eyes, being dismissive, and refusing to fix the issue. The bowl itself was half-empty, even though I was charged full price with extras.
And the manager wasn’t any better — completely indifferent, no apology, no effort to make things right. If this is how management behaves, it explains why the team feels they can treat customers this way.
It wasn’t even busy — there were no excuses. This is simply a lack of training, respect, and pride in their work.
I honestly hope Chipotle corporate sees this and re-trains the staff and manager at this location. Customers deserve honesty, fairness, and basic decency. Until then, I’ll be taking my...
