Costco Food Court — Restaurant in City of Industry

Let's just say that I am glad this is not my normal Costco food court that I visit. I have had to wait for my orders before and that's usually not a problem however when the staff is rude and unprofessional my patience to wait for anything is slim. I placed a phone order and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. I did arrive about 20 minutes early and still waited in line to pay at the register which the cashier was not the issue that was Kennedy who was pulling out the pizza orders. The cashier asked for our order and she rudely responded back to him no they can wait they still have 10 minutes. Which okay I arrived a little early I will wait the 10 minutes however the way I see it if I'm expected to wait the time they quoted me then my order be ready within that time. When I went over to the window after the 10 minutes Kennedy was once again rude in her tone of voice when addressing a customer stating I have you for 5pm and I still have orders in front of yours. Well past the time quoted over phone and still no pizzas. Not to mention I was not the only guest waiting on her to bring out any pizzas all customers were getting impatient. Since about a year ago, the service at this Costco Food Court has gone downhill. Today, I got refused service for "skipping the line" after waiting 5+ minutes in line just because the employee doesn't pay attention to the line's in front of the window. I explained and the girl was like"no need to get upset I'll skip you to the front and get the food right now." That's when I got upset because it's supposed to be my turn. Everyone else in line is in agreement, but the staff member refuses to take responsibility for the simple mistake. The manager came out and I had to explain myself for 10 minutes before I can get my food. Not a single apology for treating a paying guest like some criminal lowlife. Funny part is this is the 3rd time in the past 6 months, that specific food court employee caused issues for me. I waited 30 minutes and got 2 raw, inedible pizzas. As I was waiting in line, I saw the worker hacking at the pizza with their pizza cutter because it was stuck to the pan and they ended up ruining its shape. Upon closer inspection, it was dripping in grease and you could taste and feel the raw, unbaked flour.
