Originally just came here because it was close by. We were not greeted apon entry as a member was taking guests to a table, even some of customers were starring at us uncomfortably. A staff member was approaching but wasn't in the all black entire so we didn't say anything, as her came to the desk it was almost like he was forced to greet us. He said the wait was 15to20 mins we said okay & waited. Not even 2 mins later another person comes and asks us if we need a table, we said yes and she took us right away. As we were turning to our table, a member was zooming through, holding a cup and almost crashed into my daughter (12) she stopped really fast and some of the contents from the cup spilled out. Not only did she not allow my daughter to pass but she did not even bother to say excuse me or apologize. She seemed irritated that we were in her way. After 15 mins or so a waiter came & we were ready to order our food, he didn't write anything down which I thought was odd. But that created an issue later when he brought things out that we didn't ask for. He seemed unhappy to be corrected. He brought me soup so skimpy I could see the bowl through the soup šŸ˜‚ I asked another soup and he said he just brought me on. Like what lol thats so rude. We had to keep asking him for things I would assume a waiter would know to check on like water refills or offer to take empty plates. Over all the food was whatever, nothing to brag about. As we were leaving we had to say goodbye & thank you, you could tell no one was going to say it to us. I wouldn't go back to a...

we went here last week on friday, as soon as we entered the hostess christina was very rude. we had asked to for a table of 5, just waiting on our other two guests to arrive. she said no and would seat us as soon as they arrive. while we were waiting i heard her take a call which the person on the other line was talking about making a reservation, she rudely said no they don’t do that and wouldn’t give the wait time either. she told them if they didn’t like that then they can go somewhere else. also to mention it was remotely busy. after my brother and sister in law arrive, we were seated, our server was extremely rude and it was hard to understand him with his thick accent. the food was mediocre, my daughter and i had the alfredo paste. we both got sick off it and she’s only 18 months old.. we only saw our server maybe 3 times with other people bring us our food. when it came time to pay the server made a comment on how much my brother in law were tipping (split bill) he literally said ā€œyou’re only going to tip $4 really,ā€ and than stood behind my brother in law looking at how much he was going to tip. so he felt pressured to leave a 20% tip, while my husband didn’t know left him a $20 tip in cash which he didn’t...

Very disappointed. Came by for patio seating. We were willing to wait the hour the person at the front told us. 12:55 pm I was asked to leave my cell phone number and I did. Were were told we would get a text and phone call and would have 15 minutes to get back before our table would be given away. We moved to the shaded area under a tree near the patio but far enough away from patio guests but we were told we couldn't stand or wait there. We went back to our car and moved under a tree and set a timer for 40 minutes. At 1:45 PM we came back to check in, only to be told they had texted twice at 1:05 pm. Text messages I never got. No phone call. The woman at the front apologized and asked if we wanted a manager as she couldn't help us, she said a lot of people had been rude to her already. This was not cool either. If they didn't get messages either, I would be too. Mind you I was upset and voiced this but never raised my voice, was not rude to her. She got the manager who apologized and said he would take care of us, but my husband and I were already starving and went next door to Tommy's instead. Needless to say we will not be returning to this Olive Garden. This was super...

I have to say that I met Olive Garden many years ago. When I lived in San Francisco, I went there almost twice a month with my friends. The unlimited salad and soup for lunch was our favorite. But the last four times we ate at Olive Garden, I have to write down my feelings. Do you think guests are begging from you when they ask for service and food? Why do your servers always show disdain and slackness? I think if I really want to go here again, I will tip the waiter first, and he will not have to keep me hungry waiting.Soup can't be made one bowl at a time, right, freshly baked bread? just trying to delay the number of offers.Look at your Salad. Why don't you just give me a whole iceberg lettuce🤯If you don't want to attract customers with this special menu, you might as well delete it, at least it won't make customers feel that you are really stingy.

Delicious Italian food, excellent customer service, amazing prices. They offer a good variety of dishes that offer never soup or salad. I tried the salad, and it was full of flavor and fresh, too. Tried spaghetti with meatballs, and it was one of the best spaghetties I tried. Parking is plenty. Went in a Wednesday, and there was a 30-minute wait time, so I'll would reserve on weekends. Overall, it was an amazing eating experience. The only thing that goes narrow is the restroom. There is only one toilet for the whole restaurant, so if you have something bothering you, you'll have to wait on line.

After waiting for 10 minutes for curbside pickup they come out with two workers to inform us (with an attitude?) that this spot which is directly facing Olive Garden is not a parking spot. Put a sign up or change your online options. Also, we drove around the full lot where all the spots were taken out front and the option for curbside pickup asked if we were parked anywhere else on the lot and requested for details. Either the online order options are wrong or the worker was tripping. The food is one level up from microwave food so I'll give it a two.
