Dumbstruck Coffee — Restaurant in City of Industry

I go to Rowland Heights every once in a while and I'm always looking for new coffee shops to visit because there are so many around here!

My first visit was 3 months ago when they were still fairly new and ordered their Espresso Tonic. They had a big issue regarding too much ice and drinks not being filled up to the top. On top of that, the overall flavor was not good.

My latest visit was 2 days ago on a Monday. This time, I ordered an Iced Americano. It looks like they fixed the ice issue along with the drinks not filled to the top. However, the overall flavor of the americano was one of the worst I've ever had. It was extremely sour and very light. I had a few sips and had to throw away 90% of the drink.

Service is friendly and drinks come out fast. Prices are pretty average. I wanted to give this place another shot but after two disappointing attempts, I cannot recommend...

Got the matcha einspanner and Vienna einspanner. We ordered through grubhub and the drink came super fast and in great shape. I got both drinks less sweet and both were perfect sweetness! The matcha is high quality (and strong) - probably the best matcha I’ve had in this area! (I’ve been searching for a while and usually I just settle with matcha maiko- but doesn’t open until later in the day, junbi- also opens later, or cafe FC - but I find their matcha to be just okay). I’m so happy this place opened! I’m not a coffee person but I got the Vienna einspanner for my bf and he enjoyed it- wasn’t too sweet! This will be my new go to spot for morning matcha when I’m in town to visit family....

I tried both the iced latte and the hot latte, and both were smooth and perfectly balanced with milk. I suspect they use a medium roast, as the coffee flavor is well rounded and not bitter at all. (However, if you're someone who likes that bitter coffee flavor, this spot might not be for you.)

They seem to be known for their iced drinks, but the hot latte I had was delicious also! It was the perfect temperature, hot but not scalding, which my tongue was grateful for.

The service here is very friendly and efficient. They have fast wifi, outlets, plenty of seating, and clean bathrooms. Also great music! Mellow and not too loud. Plenty of...
