My husband, daughter, her friend and I went to this location because we wanted to enjoy a good chili cheese burger. We walked in at approximately 10:15 with not a single customer in front of us. As we approached the register I noticed a female with short hair look at us and roll her eyes. We waited approximately 3 minutes before a tall guy with glasses walked up laughing and asked us what we wanted to order. Because of the attitude that she had I asked him what time they close done in. He said 11. So I began to place our order. I placed it for the three people I was with and when I was ready to place mine, I asked him what was in a grilled cheese. He advised it was only the cheese and bread. So then I explained that I wanted a cheeseburger with everything but the meat. He stated that’s how I should order, “ a cheeseburger with no meat”, so that’s what I ordered.
As our number (81) was called, my husband walked up to the counter and she said “your order is not ready” he showed her the number and she said it was (80) and walked away. Two minutes later our number was called. My husband went to pick it up and as he was grabbing the tray he asked what fries had no salt (he doesn’t eat salt) she claimed he didn’t order fries with no salt. He showed her the receipt, so she grabbed the tray, rolled her eyes and threw them back in the frier. When my husband returned with the food I opened my cheeseburger and all it had was bread, mustard, pickles and onion, nothing else. I didn’t send it back because I didn’t want any extra DNA in my burger. I felt the girl was already upset that we were there. Honestly, I didn’t trust her.she gave EVERYONE ATTITUDE. There were other customers that noticed it because one specifically pointed it out.
As we were eating the female walked up to the entrance of the restaurant, slammed the door, threw her hands up in the air , and walked directly to the register. Another customer walked in and she was mad. Once the customer was done ordering, she walked back to the front door, placed a yellow cone in front, and locked the door. By this time it was 10:36 pm. They don’t close until 11. As we were finishing up our not so tasty, greasy food, I looked at her behind the counter, and she was eating, and assisting someone in the drive thru. How unsanitary is that???
With this experience I will not be returning to this location because of the two employees, the attitude that the female had, and because of the female employee eating, while she is working and serving. She was actually cooking the French fries. Which is what she was most likely eating. This employee needs to be fired for all of the above reasons. This employee also needs customer service training. Maybe then she will appreciate the job and people that are keeping...
Read moreMy wife and I just came back from this location and we experienced the WORST customer service ever at any restaurant! The young lady who took the order at the drive thru did not repeat the order back to me when I ordered. I ordered 1 hamburger with no chili/no tomato, 1 cheeseburger with no onions, 1 reg. cheeseburger, 1 chili cheese fries, & 2 regular fries. After paying, I noticed on the receipt that the order was wrong. The young girl messed up the order. I honked the horn so I can tell the workers about the mistake. One male worker came up & I told him the problem. Then, 2 different male workers came to the window & asked what the order was supposed to be. I told them. Then, the girl who took the order came to the window and asked. I told her we already told 3 people the correct irder. She had total attitude, saying "Well you didn't tell me!" She asked for the original receipt(which she never returned). Finally(after 20+ minutes), she brought our food. Not a word(No "Sorry" or "Thank you.". She just shoved the food at me and closed the window. WOW! Unbelievable! That young girl was horrible! Don't your employees get training? What happened to customer service? I had to check the food to make sure there was no spit in the food when I got home, just to make sure. This girl should be retrained or find another...
Read moreI came here for a quick lunch which never happened. I ordered my meal and sat down. My coworker ordered after me and got his meal first. The two people that walked in minutes after us ordered and got their meals. At this point it’s 15 mins I didn’t mind waiting at first because it had been years since the last time I had Tommy’s. Seeing that my friend was basically done eating I had to finally see what was going on. They hadn’t placed my order…. They said they would start it then but by now half my lunch break is over and we have to leave. I asked for a refund which she hesitated on doing and when she did she didn’t want to refund my drink even though I hadn’t even had a sip of. She then proceeded to try and give me my change back in coins….Not only did I leave hungry but upset. Looks like I won’t be having Tommy’s for another couple...
