Dominick's Cafe — Restaurant in City of Kingston

Have visited there three separate occasions in three years, and have received the same poor, borderline terrible service every time. The wait to be served our menus has been too long every time ranging from 15-20 minutes all three times. after ordering always takes even longer to receive the food, even for something as small as eggs. the food is good, don't get me wrong. but i shouldn't have to wait an hour for lunch. the look of the place is gorgeous and cozy, which is why i wanted to give this place a second try after horrible service....

He was standing on the public sidewalk in front of the store after they had closed, and the employee was walking by and started screaming at him that he was not allowed to vape in front of her store.
