If it wasn't for Abby this afternoon at the window, I would have rated my visit a 2. The person who was filling my order didn't make the correct size coffees and when she went to correct it after Abby caught the error before giving the drinks to me, I watched the woman fill one with regular, and the second was to be decaf. I yelled from the window it was decaf. Abby went to her rescue to tell her and the woman got all annoyed and said "I don't want to be here ever." Quite frankly she should be gone. Bad customer service when someone gets mouthy regardless if directed to the customer or not. It also creates a very negative work environment for everyone around her. Abby was great - one could see her good work ethic and she was pleasant, smiling, looked me in the eye. Five stars...

When we got to the front the lady took our card and then handed us two drinks and our card back. We waited for a second for our frozen drinks.
