McDonald's — Restaurant in City of Mechanicville

Since I've tried to call numerous times, hoping you will respond back to this message. Visited your drive thru either Sun. or Labor day. One of the items I ordered was cookies, the lady told me she would have to check to see if they have any sine there was something going on with their oven. After waiting awhile, she said they had them, was told to pull over to wait. Took a bite out of the one cookie and did somerhing to my tooth since it was frozen. Was hoping the pain would subside, though now I have to go to the dentist, since I haven't been able to chew on that side without it hurting alot. I don't like to complain which is why I haven't got back to you until now. Though this is not the first time that I had issues with my order. Now that I've been in pain and have to see a dentist, decided to reach out since someone should of checked the cookies, all of them. The lady that was in drive thru was a tall blond. Please get back to me since I can't get through on the phone. Otherwise I'll try and reach out to the headquarters. At this point it hurts very bad when I lay down. I've never complained even when one time a girl handed me my tea with the lid not on all the way and it spilled some, which was hot. Enough is enough, it's no fun having pain...

Lived in mechanicville now for over 4 years and can honestly say this has to be the worst mcdonalds to date every trip there something is always missing either toys in my kids happy meals when water main breaks happy which is often for this town they hand out canned beverages understandable but what's not is when my son gets spoiled chocolate milk that's smells like it's been cottaging for weeks no straws or missing main course in adult meals one trip instead of a double quarter pounder got a bun in a box for what the prices are for food there now and these people wanting more money for slow food service instead of fast food service I'd pay them less for thier incompetence to get simple orders correct when you go inside they basically deal with door dash online orders only and give attitude when having to take face to face orders after today I'd rather drive the extra 15 minutes to just get better service elsewhere this mcdonalds is a joke ohand to note the burgers are...

This location seems to be getting worse and worse when it comes to wait time to just place your order as well as VERY poor customer service. I was in line inside for about 15 minutes just waiting to order and as soon as I got to the counter to order the employee walked away to pack drive through orders and pick up the slack of the other employee that was doing a very poor job. Once I got my food I sat down to male sure it was correct because while I was waiting every order that was in front of me in line had something missing or wrong in their order....turns out so did i so I went back to the counter and waited a minute for someone to seem me and the 1 employee that saw me ignored me so I excuse me 3 times and got a side eye look with an eye roll and still was ignored while she just leaned against the food warmer doing nothing. It was the worst service I had ever had at this location and something should be dome about this VERY rude...
