I visited Texas Roadhouse in new Rochelle on 6/21/22, which happened to be my 33rd birthday. I called for call ahead seating a requested a TABLE for 5, upon arrival I walked in and stated a had a call ahead for a TABLE, the host printed a paper gave it to someone else where they proceeded to walk across the whole restaurant to a booth, we nicely told the lady that we specifically requested a table NOT a booth! The lady walks us back down to the entrance were she said something to the host behind the desk, she printed another ticket and proceeded to walk us across the restaurant for a second time this time to put us at a booth all the way in the back in a Corner. This time with anger we told the lady that we requested a table not a booth for a reason a booth is not comfortable for us and we want a table, the lady told us that there were no table available were we told her the entire from of the restaurant is tables and there was not one person there. She said table are only available for large parties and they are not allowed to seat guests at tables. So we went back down to the host at the host booth and told her “listen we requested a TABLE not a booth! My Fiancé has very bad arthritis and sitting at a booth is not comfortable for her, and I am on the heavier side and CAN NOT fit in a booth! (Mind you the front was full of guests waiting to be seated, so it was embarrassing that it even had to get to that) And she stated back that that is not her problem that they do not have tables available… (while looking at an entire section of empty tables!) we asked to speak to a manager where she refused to get us one! The lady stated we can seat you at a booth if you guys don’t want me to seated at a booth then there’s nothing more we can do for you. We again stated we wanted a manger and she said there wasn’t one available so we left… I called corporate explained everything to them where they told me someone would reach back out to me and almost a week later no one has I just checked my email to find a $25 Voucher. Do you really think a $25 voucher is acceptable for the discrimination and body shame we were subjected to in-front of guests and staff members? I had a party of 4 and a child what is $25, if we dined there that evening we would of at least spent $300+ dollars.. not to mention this is the 3rd time that this happened to us we just thought that maybe we give Texas Roadhouse another try clear that was the wrong thing to do! It was the most embarrassing and humiliating experience I have ever had! Taxes road house needs to do better with the people they hire and training process! Your employees have no Remorse towards guests with disabilities and needs! I will never go to a road house again and wouldn’t recommend anyone going there! You guys really made trying to celebrate my birthday after a pandemic a horrible experience! Needs to say we walked over to APPLE BEES and was accommodated with a TABLE and AMAZING service! Too bad I had to give a star to write a review because you guys do not even...
Read moreI was thrilled to bring my family to this restaurant, as I’ve always had an incredible experience here. However, our server today was surprisingly rude and impatient. Perhaps he was annoyed by my family’s imperfect English. The ordering process took longer because I had to explain the menu to everyone. Despite his claim of not being rude, his negative energy made us feel uncomfortable. He was completely unapproachable, and we felt rushed to order. He even said, “I’ve got other tables to serve, you’re not the only one.” He was acting as if we made a hundred million requests. We only asked for one more basket of bread because a family member had taken a long time to find parking. He responded, “It’s only two baskets of bread per table, and I’ve given you four. (We were 11)…. That’s ridiculous because every time I go to Texas Roadhouse with just my husband, the server keeps bringing the bread without asking, and I have to tell them to stop because it’s too much.” Maybe he was unhappy to have a table of 11 Hispanics on a Wednesday. I didn’t want to, but I had to come out of my comfort zone and tell this server that if he didn’t want to be around us, he should go serve another table. Eventually, a different server arrived, but it still felt like an act. I couldn’t shake the feeling that they didn’t like us.
To make matters worse, some staff members came out with the manager to sing happy birthday to another table. Unfortunately, the team had a spill that spilled on the manager. My table was already having dinner, and we were talking, joking, and having a great time. The manager then screamed at our table, “It’s not funny! All that stuff fell on me!”
Number 1 - we were far away from the spill all we heard was a crash and we didn’t know the manager got food all over herself. Number 2- we were already talking and laughing and having a good time as we were having our food when we heard the crash. Number 3- your bad day has nothing to do with us.
I’ll do ya’ll a favor and never come back. But thank you for...

In June of 2025, I brought and treated my wife and myself for dinner at Texas Roadhouse, specifically the branch based in New Rochelle, New York and we had a fabulous time!!!
We were warmly welcomed by the restaurant’s staff upon our arrival, and quickly provided with a very big and comfortable dining table.
We enjoyed the restaurant’s vivacious atmosphere, led in part by the playing of its pop culture music and its display of live sporting events featured on large size elevated television screens. We also took note and enjoyed viewing the restaurant’s rustic interior settings, it’s notable neon signs, and its brightly colored murals that depict iconic New York figures and destinations.
My wife and I would like to give a special acknowledgment to our server, Anthony. We thank Anthony for his amazing hospitality and impeccable professionalism. He did a great job on explaining the menu options, taking our orders, and had always checked in with us to make sure we were having great time. Texas Roadhouse is definitely blessed to have Anthony on their team.
In addition to the great service, my wife and I absolutely loved our meals at Texas Roadhouse. We found our “cinnamon honey bun rolls” to be unbelievably scrumptious and our “tater skins” and salad to be quite superb. I ordered and enjoyed my full slab ribs entree while my wife ordered and enjoyed her steak kabob entree. We both were impressed by our entree’s large serving size and found it perfectly cooked, well seasoned and highly delicious!!!
We highly recommend for everyone to visit and dine at the Texas Roadhouse restaurant. You are guaranteed to have a great dining...
