Chickens Gone Wild — Restaurant in City of New Rochelle

The 3 stars are for the food. Food is good but they have a young guy taking the orders (today 02-22-22 around 8:30pm) that becomes rude and upset when somebody bothers him and interrupts his personal phone activities wearing his earphones, I asked a half of chicken and ponted it on the menu, he was rushed and circulated the wrong one ( I pointed the one with the two sides and pita) then when I asked about the sides he made an angry face... I noticed that despite of the mask, I told him that if modifying the order was too much for him then leave it like that and he did not reply just proceeded to charge me the extra money for the sides, I order also a burguer along with the chicken and when I asked if they get 100 bills,,,another angry face hahaha, I understand the fact that I was taking so much of his personal phone's time. I cannot believe how business can hire these "new generation" people that spent most of his "work time" on their phones instead of pay attention and focus on their job(not all of them)...After all that I did not enjoy the food the way I wanted to. I hope that the owner reads this because he was not around at that time and I know that if I call to the place... this guy is going to pick up the phone and I do not want to bother him again, he is very busy...

The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because they have really nice customer service and the fries were hot and ok. My boyfriend and I ordered a Fried Chicken Sandwich, a Cheeseburger and a Turkey Burger. Who knew the Fried Chicken Sandwich wasn't actually a sandwich and was fried chicken in a pita bread filled with lettuce and tomato; so more like a fried chicken gyro? or taco? Not good. I was told the mayo and honey mustard would be on the side - mayo yes, honey mustard no. I was greeted with 3 containers of pepper that spilled in the bag. The cheeseburger was well done but completely dry so he ended up throwing out the charred meat with scattered lettuce and chunks of tomato. And my turkey burger was not appetizing at all. It was exceptionally dry and had no flavor at all.

Needless to say, we will not be...

Its a dirty hole in the wall burger spot, but they usually have decent food, surprisingly. However, I recently ordered from them and the food was disgusting and inedible. I called to tell them, and bring it back for a refund. Michael asked if instead of a refund, I'd consider giving them another try by allowing them to replace the meal next time I want to come pick it up... I agreed. He said, "my name is Michael, I'm at the front, when you call next time, I'll make it right with a replacement order..." Two weeks later I called for the replacement order, and they refused to honor it. I'm kicking myself for not just getting the refund at the time of the first order. I should have known the type of characters I was dealing with by the appearance of the place. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend eating...
