Arby's — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

This 1 star only pertains to my visit tonight 4-16-19. My girlfriend and i had just gotten out of work ourselves, and i know how annoying it can be for people to come in at the last second but we were there about 45 mins before the6 closed. The woman taking the order in the drive through was very militant towards me, rushing me along and snapping at me when i called the "brisket sandwich" the signature brisket, then when i got to the window she barked the price at me and when i told her we had coupons, she seriously yelled at me that i should've told her that while placing the order. I apologized even though obviously i knew that was untrue and she was just being lazy, and when i asked for an extra sauce she seriously shut the window and walked away. Normally the food is good here and the staff is pleasent if not very friendly, but if i ever see this chick in the window again i will be taking my...

Ok so I'm so sick of leaving the house and watching people get treated like garbage everywhere. What I saw at Arby's was unexcusable.

Guy came in, went to pick up a mobile order. Some employee, African American lady, little on the older side, absolutely screamed at and berated him. "You need to check with ME FIRST". What was absolutely inexcusable was that she cussed at him. Legitimately dropping cuss words. Inexcusable.

I went and downloaded the app for myself. It says "pick up order at counter". Nowhere in there does it say check with employees. If this store has different rules than other Arby's then they absolutely need to post a sign that says so, and not handle it like this lady did.

Disgusting behavior. I will never come back. And it wasn't even directed towards me. This happened around 3:30 pm Wednesday October 4th.

Don't come here unless you want to watch an employee cuss...

I came here all the way from Toronto and I was not disappointed! Before I came here, I haven't had Arby's since about 2004 when I was a kid in Calgary Alberta. I loved arby's as a kid. there are no arby's close to me anymore. It's at least an hour drive to the closest one here so it was nice to have it in America when I visited. The fries still taste just as I remember! This Arby's has a lot of choices for drinks! They got poweraid! I've never seen that in canada! This arby's was the first I've had in over a decade and It was GREAT!!! Food is really good just as I remember! Probably won't come back to this one because I live in Canada. Theres one that's an hour away so I'll go there. No hard feelings against this location but the one here in canada If you get the bbq bourbon sandwich, they put more bacon and onion rings on it! :) Anyway, if you want some real good food, definitely...
