It's McDonald's we don't go there for the best food.. We don't go there for the most delicious food.. I will give them credit they do have a delicious Mc Crispy chicken sandwich.. they do have some standouts on the menu that are very good.. but McDonald's was a place we used to go consistently because it was cheap... the prices have crept up over the last few years.. really for a full meal it's only a few dollars cheaper than five guys.. but the reason I reviewed this specific McDonald's with such a low score is because it's the absolute slowest McDonald's I've ever experienced as far as wait times always in the evening or at night... Not once but twice I've waited inside for nobody to take my order for over 10 minutes so I just left those times I wasn't even acknowledged by the staff while waiting at the front counter... I've also had very bad customer service at the pine avenue McDonald's the type of service where somebody just kind of gives you the dirty look and you say hi with no response then you say have a good day no response.. This type of service usually occurs in the evening at the pine avenue McDonald's.. morning and lunch usually seem to go smoothly and the service seems to be a little better a bit more friendly..there are some very pleasant staff and employees there so this does not apply to every employee.. I've had some great interactions there but it's very inconsistent because I've had some very poor service and slow service as well... This is basically the last resort McDonald's when you want a late-night snack you go if you're willing to wait in the Drive-Thru for a half hour.. and be prepared about 50% of the time somebody will come up to you in the Drive-Thru and ask you for money they'll knock on your window I usually give out a dollar here and there but I can't really afford to give out much that's why I'm eating at McDonald's and the other day a guy asked me for money.. I gave him a dollar and he started asking me for more.. so just be prepared for that if you're in the Drive-Thru.. I gave this location to Stars I was border lining on three stars because there are some very pleasant staff there but ultimately I went with two stars because the wait times and the at times lackluster service... update in here waiting on a coke for to long standing among a bunch of irritated people these employees are just wow not in a good way 2 stars now 1... people been waiting and people that just ordered got food first... employees literally swearing and arguing in full view of customers...15 minutes for a Coke.....last update went through the drive-thru tonight the only car ordered a drink and a McChicken weaited 20 minutes being the only car and a whole staff inside none of which acknowledged me at the window for about 10 minutes I sat at the speaker for at least five and then when I was acknowledged it still took quite some time I contemplated driving off this is it the last time I ever go to the Niagara Falls McDonald's on pine avenue never again service...
Read moreI went to this McDonald’s the other night which is out of the area for me but I was dropping my older son off at his friends and my toddler seen it and wanted chicken nuggets. We went through the drive-through and when we approached the speaker, we were not greeted and we waited about five minutes and no one said anything to us, my son was in the back saying chicken nuggets and I said hello twice I was beginning to think maybe the drive-through was closed even though I did not see any signage saying so. Since it was late and in an unfamiliar area to me and raining outside, I did not want to take him out of the car to go and I decided to try to go through the drive-through one more time or see if I’d seen anything saying it was closed and as I’m pulling out through the drive-through and past the windows. I see a girl looking at my car on the camera going out of the drive-through and then in the second window, I see two other employees talking together,so I was a little confused why no one had greeted me, especially when they looked to have no guest inside or in the drive-through. We went back around and we were greeted at the speaker almost immediately and I placed the order. The person was friendly. I pulled up to the window and then to the second window and received my food and said thank you and have a good night. Nothing was said about how we were waiting at the drive-through box to order for so long and had to drive back through. After I got my food, I turned to give my son his happy meal toy to hold him over until we got home to eat, and I was trying to close up the box so the food would not get cold. This could not have been more than two minutes at most, but as I was sitting there, the woman who handed me the food which I believe to be some type of manager due to her uniform opened up the window, so I rolled my window down and said yes and she said do you need something else with a snarky demeanor and I said no I’m just giving my son his toy and then I’m leaving and she said ok and gestured for me to exit the drive-through, although I was not holding up any traffic. I understand drive-through have times, but that time did not matter when I sat at the box for five minutes to order and was not even addressed. I just feel like it was an unprofessional attitude or that they could’ve apologized for the wait because they definitely seen that It was my vehicle sitting in the drive-through when I drove through the first time. It was just kind of disappointing behavior for someone in a leadership role and quite frankly a little rude. However, the food was hot and fresh and the chicken nuggets...

I wrote a super long review but here's the short and skinny. If you want fast good service then avoid at all costs. More inconvenience than anything.
June 20th visit: my order is 1 hot coffee with 2 sugars placed through the mobile app. I pull up and wait for 2 minutes at the drive through box and I was waiting because the manager was "spilling the tea" on what her boss had said to her. The manager this morning needs to be replaced and is probably part of the problem with this place. She said she's irreplaceable but between being the only one there and have to wait any amount of time , and the fact that I corrected the woman making my coffee and she STILL got it wrong after saying "all you want is 2 sugars?" Is wild to me. First she made and iced coffee and I said no, then she made a hot coffee with 2-3 creams in it and I believe it's because the manager was "spilling the tea". Replace her expeditiously and bring in or promote someone who cares about performance and will put fast back into this food establishment.
June 19th: I ordered two black coffees through the mobile app. Again I was the only one who was there. I waited at the drive through long enough to decide to reverse out and go inside. Walked past two employees smoking outside the entrance and waited long enough inside to stick my head outside and ask the two people if they worked there because I been waiting for two black coffees.
This establishment is in shambles and nobody...
