Visited for dinner on Thursday, April 21st.
Atmosphere is dark and dated. Poor lighting in a rough looking neighborhood.
Our waitress was very friendly and helpful but the positives end there. We ordered a pizza with cheese and half pepperoni. The chef made a pizza with cheese literally only on half. My wife ordered a chef's salad that only had lettuce, rolled up cheese, 3 grape tomatoes, and 2 pickles. It tasted okay but she expected more than that for a chef's salad. I ordered the Chicken Parm and there was so much deep fry oil on it, it tasted like they scooped a bunch of oil on top when it came out. Literally every cut from my fork had oil pouring out of the chicken. They also had maybe 1 tablespoon of sauce on top. The waitress was kind enough to bring out extra sauce. I also ordered a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. These tasted exactly like instant potatoes. Don't recommend at all.

Read moreMy family has been eating at Michaels for the entirety of my life (which is just shy of 50 years). We always go to Michael’s when I come to town. The salad is amazing! It always comes with tomatoes, cucumbers and mozzarella cheese (as well as your preferred dressing, and we love the Italian dressing).
They make their sauce on site and the kitchen is very clean (despite a disgruntled employee who has posted otherwise). Many of the servers and cooks have been there for years (and several have worked there through college).
Their pizza is the best! And their chicken fingers and BLT sandwich never disappoint! My mother could eat their “Beans and Greens” everyday and my father loves the shell pasta and the sausage. There is definitely something for everyone, even the pickiest of eaters.
We, the Viverito family, would recommend this restaurant above all others if you’re in the Falls! Free parking in the...
Read moreWe’re giving one star because there isn’t an option to go lower. Had dinner on a Friday night that we would love to forget. The service is great, lovely choice of a sweet wine, too.
However, the food is an absolute let down. My daughter loves pasta and ordered the homemade spaghetti; it was skeptical enough that the menu doesn’t indicate any flavour or ingredient in it, except the waitress told it is their red sauce. It turned out to be a large plate of overcooked soft noodle with what tastes like tomato sauce straight from a can. My wife had a battered veal steak.. it is basically two pieces of tasteless deep fried meat, with the same disastrous tomato sauce. Paired with water boiled vege and some lettuce-only ‘salad’, sorry to say that it’s been a worst food experience since a long long time.
The only good thing about this place is that it would make you feel in heaven in whatever other...
